NOW - SOME THOUGHTS -
I know that I pretty much just report my exercising and how I feel, but I see everyone else adds "the personal touch" so I may as well, too; and if anyone is reading this and comments, more the better.
A good few months ago, maybe even as year ago, I saw a nice infomercial for the Urban Rebounder. Small chuckle - all informercials look good, right?
Anyway, I like my recumbant bike as you all know - what's bad about sitting comfortably and watching movies?
My podiatrist says that the pedaling action isn't the best nd that I should really do more of a variety of cardio workouts.
I let it go - now I have a bunion thing, and I'm thinking about what he said, again..........coupled with that, a friend is sponsoring a complete Urban Rebounding system in a local charity's Chinese Auction.
So, for $5, I'm totally IN ..........what the future holds, I can't be responsbile for .........
