40 minutes on the bike
 
How are Corey's workout tapes? I'll stick with the weights, bike and treadmill but just wondering how good her tapes are. In my opinion, she and Rachel McLish are the 2 ultimate Ms. Olympia's. Does she make an awesome workout tape? Greg
 
GT - I really like the one i have, the Get hard Arm and shoulders workout. I like her books too!

Tuesday the 26th
Karen Voight's Pilates core essentials - no ab section per se, but i do everyting else which i assume works on the core, too.

Oh..and I ate a Bell yesterday - it was big too !
 
LOl, Sting....come to NY and I'll treat ya...........A "bell" is a round, flat piece of chocolate cake, dipped in chocolate which has hardened. Then, there is cream - chocolate of vanilla - that stands up, and is also dipped in chocolate. The shape is the name. Bell.

Thankfully, I ate nothing cheatey or extra on Tuesday! Not even a granola bar or cereal!

Heh be careful, I'm close enough to NYC (if that's where you're at) to take ya up on that offer. (Plus my cousin's been on my case to visit for a while now.)

It sort of reminds me of a dessert I had on the day before Christmas Eve - an oreo beignet - it tasted like they took chocolate cake, fried it and added either vanilla or oreo ice cream on top.
 
Thursday the 28th

Cindy Crawford, Shape your body with Radu, workout #1, 45 minutes.
All but abs.

Guess who's bunion is back...and bothering me, threatening to thwart my workouts................
 
So, you got a list of all your workout DVDs posted? I am thinking to add a new one for my home routine, something different, iono, taebo or dancing stuff maybe... suggestion? :)

Stingo, as of the first, no more babying my abs - well, I'm going to do a twice a week workout with them, not three times (yet)...of course, bunion permitting......

Nope, never been to Times Square for the ball drop...and never been to the Macy's parade, even though I lived on that block for a year!
 
As much as I could see why someone would want to be there... I'm not one of those someones - the TV is just fine for me :)
