lol, you guys.....it's Friday and my neck and farm still bother me slightly. I only did the bike in the meantime.

either I slept funny or the workout on Sunday did something to my arm and neck.....

I'm planning on going back full strength this coming Sunday, so....
 
Sunday the 19th
Kari Anderson’s 30 minute Tone it Up, with the ab section, and lots of walking that day, too.

Monday the 20th
45 minutes on the bike. Feelin’ good!
 
Sunday the 26th
Cindy Crawford's workout #1, 45 minutes, Shape your Body with Radu; WITH ALL THE AB WORK!

Monday the 27th
35 minutes on the bike.
 
Thank you, Stingo. Gotta take it slow. It's a pity, though, because it leave the evenings free to crave cookies and candies, whereas I used to do the bike then......

Tuesday the 28th
Karen Voight's Stream Fitness, no abs section, the stretch on fast forwad.
 
Thursday the 30th
Kari Anderson's 30 minute Tone it Up, with 10 lb weights. (arm and ankle)

Just remember that Sunday I have a school thing at 9:30 Am, so I prob won't be exercisingn that day, much less doing my weekly ab work.....
 
I was lazy over the weekend...I had a thing at DD's school and theoretically could have biked once over the weekend...at least I didn't overeat!

Monday the 4th

Karen Voight's 45 minute Core Essentials Pilates tape, with the ab workout. Feelin' GOOD !!!!!!!
 
Wed the 6th

Karen Voight's hour long Streamline Fitness, no ab section. I di dsome good walking this week, though! (Course I did some good snacking...)
