It doesn't hurt or bother me....I am trying to decide WHEN to go back to pilates/yoga as an alternating workout to my cardio (bike).

I'm tempted to say Nov 1st, but I'm not sure.........it's VERY nice having every single evening free!
 
wow i just read your first post on this page,u have come a long way..
as u said u lost almost 27lbs in 5 months which is a big achievement, i too am trying to lose some 6 lbs,and it would be great if u could gimme some pointers:)
i lost weight doing atkins ,but now i am more into healthy balanced diet.
i was wondering what type of food u ate during your weight loss.

lol....by the time it was over, it was 32 lbs.

I was close to 40 years old when I started so I had to go lower than most people......it's the foods I still eat:

Yogurt and coffee for breakfast
Lunch - salad with protein
Dinner - whatever I make for the family, just small
Snacks - apples or other fruit
 
Thoughts:

I think I will go the rest of the month like this, alternating cardio and weights but with no ab exercises.

Come November, I will continue...but add the abs in.

I'm going to hold off on going back to my "all vidoes AM/cardio PM" for the forseeable future.
 
oh wow,i eat alot these days as compared to what u have described
i am always hungry if i am not on high protin/low carb diet
may be i will eat boiled egg white instead of yougar.rest is good:)

Friday the 20th

I wanted to do Kari Anderson’s Tone it Up, but it seems like I just did it recently so I did Cory Everson’s Get Hard Shoulder and Arms workout.

I probably shouldn’t have, being that I did the Cindy workout and my arms always ache for days after. Working my stomach too many days in a row sprained it, as we well know….

Anyway, I did the workout, washed the kitchen floor and both bathrooms – making me think that that was my workout, lol, and then positively ran to the subway (which I missed. I ended up standing a long time and it was way too warm down there, I have a bit of a cold, and then I had to stand most of the way to work)!

Weights and cardio in one day, whoopee!

Did Karen Voight's Stream Line fitness....45 minutes, minus the ab section.

Speaking of which......my stomach hurts.........
 
Lol. Looks like when you're not even trying to, you find yourself working out in some way.

Looks good, keep up the great work! :)

35 minutes on the bike.
