How is your stomach now?
 
I am sorry to hear you still have the pain. It is odd that it would persist this long. Is it only with movement or can you pinpoint exactly where it hurts?
Thanks for the encouragement with my exercise plan ;-)
 
Wed the 13th

Lots of walking

Thursday the 14th
Walking and bike . Got my groceries home and other errands done with no stomach pain!
 
Yup!!!!!!!! I'm happy not to have pain with everyday activity!

I don't think I'll do stomaches or pilates/yoga yet, but I think I can at least start weights on Sunday or Monday....
 
Tues the 19th

Did Cory Everson's Get Hard Arm and Shoulder workout with 10 lb weights. It was easy.

Some walking later - I hear it's going to rain........
 
Wed night I finked and lay in bed instead of biking. didn't eat anything bad that day, though.

Thursday, the 21st
Did Karen Voight's Core Essential Pilates tape with 10 lb weights. Felt GOOD!
Bike later.
 
Monday the 25th
Did the Firm's 5-day Ab (DH didn't feel well and lay in bed so I couldn't exercise before work & bother him) but, as of a few hours after the workout, I think the abs are doing okay; no pain!

Glad to hear you're feeling better and that you didn't let your injury stop you from keeping your workout regimen going.
 
After my last post my stomach/side started hurting again…I should work out, but not specifically my stomach; not yet anyway.

If you've already seen a doctor, get a second opinion maybe?
