Well, I'm doing more cardio, Stingo, than toning, but so far so good . . . . .

Sunday April 8th
Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout, 10 lb weights - I was a little tired, I did about 90% of the reps.

Wed April 11th
40 minutes on the bike - now D complains that it, along with the U.R., is noisy . . . .
 
Thurs April 12th
Kari Anderson's 30 minute Tone it Up, with 10 lb hand and ankle weights. Ordered 3 more U.R. DVDS from Collage !!!!!!!!!!!
 
Since you do alot of videos, what do you think of pilates? I've seen alot of good reviews for pilates for dummies. I'm also thinking about yoga. I've been told am/pm yoga is good for starters.

It’s weight lifting Wednesday! So I did Cindy Crawford’s Shape your Body with Radu, workout #1, 45 minutes.

GOT MY THREE NEW U.R. WORKOUTS IN THE MAIL FROM COLLAGE! WA-HOO !!!!!
 
Right now, Stingo, I'm happy with biking Monday and Thursdays, U.R. Tuesdays and Fridays.
