My toe is fully healead and I am 10 lbs heavier!

Is everyone ready to take the journey “back” with me?
 
Welcome back - so you'll be posting regularly again?
 
I broke a toe on Wed. May 30th and was approx 118 lbs then.
(I assume hips and stomach were post year 2004 diet size of 35 and 40 inches respectively. Pre diet of 2004 they were 40 and 45 inches but we will not go there, will we?))

When the bad pain stopped, approx two weeks ago, on July 1st I went back to exercising, videos every morning, as I have been for years. My teenage kids DID note that I had gained a little, but I didn’t think about it until I weighed myself . . . I used to weigh myself every Tuesday but didn’t during my convalescence.

Fast forward to today, July 17, 2007, approx. 6 weeks later
Weighing in at 125 lbs. SHAMEFUL !!!! (If I don’t stay under 120 lbs my doctor complains bitterly !!!!!)
Thighs 28 inches
Arm 11 inches
Stomach 32 inches at biggest part
Hips 38 inches at biggest.

Sunday the 15th I did Karen Voight’s Streamline Fitness video, 10 lb. weights as usual.
Monday the 16th I did the U.R. Ballet Bound in the AM, walked for 45 humid and sweaty minutes during lunch, and bicycled for 35 minutes at night. (I am doing approx 30 minutes on the bike instead of 40 or 45, but doing it more often.)
Tuesday the 17th I did Corey Everson’s Get Hard Arm and Should Workout with 10 lb. weights.

Breakfast is large coffee with skim milk and three not four sugars, and lowfat but not diet yogurt. (I ate the diet yogurts in 2004 but it wasn’t enough for breakfast and blast that diet taste!) Lunch is spinach with something – so far this week, Monday and Tuesday, it has been leftover cucumber salad and half a can of hi-test tuna fish.

Dinner is whatever the family eats, just smaller, and nothing afterwards like candies or cookies, G’fabid!!!!!
 
Wednesday July 18th
U.R. with Anna Benson of G-Force 2. Walking during lunch. Regular eating; coffee, l.f. yogurt, salad with spinach and carrots, reg. dinner. Bike at night.

Thursday, July 19th
Karen Voight's Core Essential Pilates; my tricepts still ache from Corey Everson on Tuesday, though!

It's just noon but I assume regular eating and bike tonite.
 
Sorry to hear you broke you your toe, hope it is well healed. I am sure you will quickly get back on track, you have alot of motivation.

Sunday July 22nd
Cindy Crawford's Shape your Body with Radu, first workout
Ate regular for a Sunday - bagel with lunch and prob. too much cheese being that we had stuffed shells for dinner . .

Monday July 23rd
(My arms still ache from Cindy)
U.R. Old fashioned hi-lo
Coffee, salad, good eating day
 
Thought I’d make it onto the bike Tuesday the 23rd but it didn’t happen . . .

Wed July 25th
U.R. DVD with those red headed twins from Pilates on Fifth, I forgot its proper name, but it’s mad long (68 minutes) and I did most of it.
Ate okay, sautéed burger with mushrooms and baked fries for dinner, mmmmmm

Thursday July 26th
Karen Voight’s Get Firm Fast, a 30 minute total body workout with 10 lb weights and hopefully, bike later. Dinner may be carb heavy , , ,
 
Friday, July 27th
Did an Urban Rebounder workout, I forget which one, and the bike later.

Ate too many carbs over the weekend BUT I did Kathy Smith on Sunday and I’m finally up to speed with her; the lunges don’t make my legs ache the next day or so anymore!

Monday, July 30th
U.R., Resistance Bound; hopefully no overeating and bike later!
 
Tuesday, July 21, 2007-07-31 Weigh-in day
I’m just a smidge under 120 lbs – yahoo!

Did Cindy Crawford, Shape your Body with Radu, 40 minutes with 10 lbs weights. I was extra careful cuz it was at the end of this workout that I broke my toe! And bike later.

My yogurt container is defective so it’s a small breakfast for me today; it felt light in the store and I guess I shouldn’t have bought it – when I unsealed it this morning in the office, it was only half way filled and green mold was growing on the sides. (No, I didn’t try it.)
 
Wednesday, August 1st
U.R. Ballet Bound, which is only 23 minutes long, so I had time to see off DS who had an early AM dr’s apt – turns out he has scabies of all things, and after work I have to wash up his clothes and bedding and all but fumigate his room!

I’m walking later, if I get through all the laundry in one piece. Oh, and my coworker said he put cake in the fridge for me, guess that will be a prize for getting through scabies.

Yes, I’m also itchy, and so is DD. 
 
Stingo, I think the discomfort can continue for several weeks to a month ...

Thursday, Aug 2nd
Did Karen Voight's Ab and Back Pilates, 50 minutes fast forwarded to about 30minutes as I had still to fumigate my bed, exercise clothes, etc. I creamed up - I helped DS cream last night, but I didn't do myself, but decided what am I waiting for, I'm so itchy - and in the 90 degree heat, dressed for the office, commuted and am commencing my day. It feels BAD.

I MUST grocery shop later - I have ten tons of laundry to finish - oh, and I think DH is going drinking later with his co workers so I doubt I'll make it to the bike later. If I do, I guess it's gonna be without PANTS !!!!!

I can't wash and dry my clothes on hot - they'll be ruined - so I have to wear different clothes - slips, undies all all, for a whole week!
 
Friday Aug 3rd

No, I didn't make it onto the bike last night . . today looks better, though. I'm exhausted because of the heat and all the extra ta-ra-ram at home with the scabies, but the light at the end of the tunnel is strong! The last load of sheets and towels is ready to be put away!

I was gonna blow it off, but instead I did get up and do U.R. Box and Bounce, some of which on fast forward, though.
