Wed Sept 5th
Core Evrson's Get Hard Arm and Shoulder workout and Kari Anderson's Curl afterwards.

I was pretty hormonal this week and was too zonked at night to bike. At all.

Thursday Sept 6th
U.r. Dance Bound. Did a ton of walking (to an engagement party) but oinked some cake, so . . . .

Fri Sept 7th
Karen Voight's Core Essential Pilates....well, most of it, anyway. Bike later . . maybe.
 
Sunday Sept 9th
Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight #2, 10 lb weights & errands.

Monday Sept 10th
DD, the baby of the family, turns 18 today! Thankfully she didn't bake anything for her school friends so nothing tempting is in the house.

U.R. Dance Bound...dunno about bike later.

I don't feel great. I'm still very tired, and have been so for a year now. I made an endocrinologist appointment who said he couldn't give me an initial consulation for months...I called today to beg him to fit me in earlier, but he said he can't . . . .

My right hip is starting to bother me...I'm gonna cut back on some of the cardio and see how it goes.

Anyone have experience with ....hips?
 
It got worse...

DH broke his pants (the metal thingy in the front) and MUSt diet. DD has terribly high cholesterol and must change eating habits!!!
 
Sure I do! It’s a golden opportunity for DH and I to take a few lbs off!

Low fat mayo, low fat cheese, only broiled meats……and fruits for snacks.

Mmmmmmm……….

My hips hurt sometimes after running, using the eliptical or heavy sqauts. I find stretching and using the abductor and adductor machines helps sometimes. Those machines are useful for rehab!
 
I showed my neighbor, who has hip problems, the area and she said it's NOT the hip....she had a friend over who said he feels such a thing, too, and that it's neurological. So far, it's not a quality of life issue; I cut out the 2nd cardio of the day.

Sunday I thought I'd combine cardio and weights, on the UR, and that same neighbor hadn't gotten a good night's sleep and came over to complain about the noisy jumping.

Life's not easy.

I still exercise every single, though.

Doing okay with the low fat-itude, though...but I figure I have limited time to force the family to eat this way; when DD finishes the Acccutane I'm assuming she's going to go back to her regular eating habits.....
 
The Magnificent Mobility DVD has many hip stretching exercises on it (that's what it's for), if you think that'd help. I picked up a bit ago and like the routines on it.
 
Am doing videos every single day now, alternating cardio and weights.

Managed to lose a few lbs...then some pizza came my way...and some ice cream...... and then a brownie bar....

And I have three parties this week; should I give up, or ....

u so sound like me,except the daily videos part;)

glad to see that u are still consitent even when u arent feeling your 100%.
