Weight-Loss June Challenge?

Weight-Loss
As last month, all closest weights are in kilograms (pounds are conversions given by Google and are rounded to two decimal places) and I weigh in on Saturdays.

May 28: 67kg (147.71lb- plateau since May 21)
June 4: 66kg (145.51lb) -1kg
June 11: 65.5kg (144.4lb) -0.5kg
June 18: 65kg (143.3lb) -0.5kg

Need to get back to doing more exercise.
 
Sat 4th: 120,6 lbs
Sat 11th: 119 lbs (-1.6 lbs)
Sat 18th: 118 lbs (-1 lb)
Sat 25th:
Thu 30th

Total lost: 2,6 lbs
Goal: 116 lbs

I have weighed in twice so far this month ...

June 5 - 70.5 kg
June 19 - 68.9 kg

Great work guys! Everyone seems to be doing really well!

June 1: 86.8kg (191.4pounds)

June 8: 87.0kg (191.8lb) = +0.2kg (+0.4lb)(GR!)

June 15: 85.8kg (189.2lb) = -1.2kg (-2.6lb) :D

June 22: 85.6kg (188.7lb) = -0.2kg (-0.4lb) (bloody hormones)

June 29:

Goal: Healthy BMI by the end of June! 1.0kg to go... gotta step it up from last week!
 
Hi everyone. Yes, this is such an encouraging thread. Keep up the good work, everybody!
I lost another 0.7 kilo/ 1½ pounds this week, which makes me a happy chappy. Indeed, I have reached my 4 kilo/8.8 pounds goal for June exactly. With a week to go!

June 2nd - 99.5 kg/218.9 lbs
June 9th - 213.18
June 16th - 211.64
June 23rd - 210.1

I'm happy with this month. Good job everyone! I wish this rain would stop so I can go for a run.

Goal: Lose as much as possible.

Really disappointed in myself with this one. I made tons of mistakes on the weekend and ate a bunch of crap that wasn't good for me. I also need to start doing cardio at the gym instead of just lifting. *sigh*

I knew I was human! LOL! I lost only 3 pounds this week. It's not the miracles I was pulling the last couple of weeks but hey a loss is a loss. I can't be mad at that. I'm just happy right now that I'm losing weight. I never thought that I could do this.
Good job everybody that is pushing it this month. Let's keep pushing and sweating people! Until the next weigh in. Talk to you guys and gals later.
 
Bring June on! I totally blew past my May goal by 5lbs. Wonder if I can do it again?

Slow and steady! I'm not going to make my June goal...probably. 5lbs by Wednesday...Hm. plus, next week is TOM. Lol not going to happen. I might make it by the first date in July, though. We shall see!

Surprising it's still going down. I had a bad week and have had a couple of setbacks.

I could possibly lose 2 lbs by July 1st, but I'm not freaked out about it. 8lbs lost is still not 8lbs gained!!
