Weight-Loss June Challenge?

1.5lb loss for me this week but dont know how true the weight is as i have been on nights over the weekend finishing this morning so its not the usual first thing in the morning weigh in

Aiming for 2-3 lb this week must try harder

My goal for June is to lose 4 kilos/8.8 pounds. Although I'll be pretty happy if I only lose 8 pounds. ;)

Im actually surprised I lost anything this week. My food intake was absolutely horrible

But it did budge, even if not as much as you liked. My attitude is that every loss is a good loss. Still, my fingers will be crossed that you lose a little more next week.

My weight doesn't seem to going anywhere. I'm working out more than usually and eating so much better. Best thing I'm doing is using a calorie counter on my iphone. I input exercise and food input. It helps a lot.
