Weight-Loss June Challenge?

My birthday is on the 30th ..Yeepee !!

So my ultimate weight loss challenge begins now.

Not sure what my goals should be... get to the gym a certain number of times a week until my membership expires, then figure out/ do a substitute?

As with last month, I weigh in on Saturdays, and figures are in kilograms.

29 May: 67kg (147.71lb)

Hoping to lose steadily, ideally a kilogram a week. Ultimate goal 60kg (132.28lb- give or take depending on how I feel when I get closer)
 
And so it begins! My weight hasn't budged in the last couple of days, but maybe I shouldn't expect it to go down every day.

My goals -
* reduce my fast food intake
* reduce my calories
* increase my water intake
* increase exercise to 3 times a week, minimum

June 20th : 173 lbs .... not going so well anymore
June 29th :

Hoping to reach 165 lbs

Bring June on! I totally blew past my May goal by 5lbs. Wonder if I can do it again? :D

Goal: 252 lose 10lbs.
Mini goal: 258 by June 8th. It's my 30th birthday. If I can lose 4lbs by then, I'll have lost 30lbs by my 30th! Plus, being in the 250's....wow. I haven't been there in 5 years.

An extra pound was put on, but it's that time of the month. I know that's not fat, so I'm not worried about it. :) I pretty much expect my weight to fluctuate when it's lady time.

I HATE that, lol! I've gained up to ten pounds of water weight during the time of the month, and then it all goes away a few days later. Craziness.

--Work out six days a week.(Been so hot lately. I'm sweating my ass off..lol).
--Cut out fast food(even tho I haven't been eating but once in awhile..but want to cut it all out)
--My ultimate goal is 220..but realistically I'd be happy if I could hit 225 this month.
 
Was 5lbs short of my goal weight in May challenge so I need to work harder this month (alot!).

As last month, all closest weights are in kilograms (pounds are conversions given by Google and are rounded to two decimal places) and I weigh in on Saturdays.

May 28: 67kg (147.71lb- plateau since May 21)
June 4: 66kg (145.51lb) -1kg
 
I am out of the June challenge my friends. I've decided not to weigh myself for two months. I will be continuing my workout goals though.

I'll still be around to cheer you guys on since you're all so fantastic!

What color pom poms should I buy?
