I forgot to weigh in last week! My weight loss has been slow and steady - I am trying not to deprive myself of things I like, but just eat smaller portions and in moderation. I definitely have to exercise more, and then I think I will see quicker results. On to July! :)
 
June 2nd - 99.5 kg/218.9 lbs
June 9th - 213.18
June 16th - 211.64
June 23rd - 210.1
June 30th - 208.34

So I exceeded my June goal. <pats self on back> :D My goal was to lose 4 kilos (8.8 lbs), and I lost 4.8 kilos, which is 10½ pounds. So I am a happy chappy.
Now for July...

Missed my goal by 4.2lbs, only 7.8lbs lost, so disappointed with myself, and I have no one to blame but myself,:banghead::nopity:. July WILL BE MUCH BETTER... looks like I need to go back to visiting this forum everyday, it helps keep me on track, because obviously waiting until the end of the month to weigh myself is not working.
 
guys, let's focus on HEALTHY weight loss. While I don't know specifics, losing too much weight at once isn't healthy.

oh i didnt mean it like that i was joking! :biggrinjester:
