Weight-Loss June Challenge?

As last month, all closest weights are in kilograms (pounds are conversions given by Google and are rounded to two decimal places) and I weigh in on Saturdays.

May 28: 67kg (147.71lb- plateau since May 21)
June 4: 66kg (145.51lb) -1kg
June 11: 65.5kg (144.4lb) -0.5kg
 
Sat 4th: 120,6 lbs
Sat 11th: 119 lbs (-1.6 lbs)
Sat 18th:
Sat 25th:
Thu 30th

Total lost: 1,6 lbs
Goal: 116 lbs
 
Bring June on! I totally blew past my May goal by 5lbs. Wonder if I can do it again?

June 1st: 263

Goal: 252 lose 10lbs.

I am happy with this, honestly. I have been staying around 260-261 for a week, but I know why. June 8th was my birthday. I didn't totally pig out, but I ate differently than I usually do. I messed up my schedule. lol
 
Im going to join in because i could do with all the motivation i can get! Ive been weighing myself since the start of the month anyway, my weigh in days are mondays.

Much happier about this week than last week. I think 2 pounds a week is a good goal for healthy weight loss.
 
Well... I know we're half way through the month already, but here I am anyway. :D I still have to figure out where all these things in the forum are!

June 1: 86.8kg
June 8: 87.0kg (GR! Was so angry! But the week before was a weird anomaly)

My goal PRETTY PLEASE! Is to get into a healthy BMI by the end of June. It's not that far away.... 1.2kg in two weeks... I can do it!
- MORE exercise! Stick with the Couch-to-5km programme!
- Don't buy any ice-cream! Just don't do it!
 
Well done to all the losers so far. And to those who didn't lose (yet...), hang in there, because if you stick with your programme, the losses WILL happen.

My weight was up from last week all this past week - until today. I was pretty sure that after losing 11 pounds in my first two weeks it was the Week Three Stall, so I just hung in there, and this morning I was rewarded with a drop of 1½ pounds!

First of all great job everybody that is losing weight and is trying to lose weight. Just keep pushing hard! I know we can all reach our goals!

I really thought I wasn't going to lose that much weight this week for some reason. I'm happy with my progress and I passed my goal for this month! I'm going to keep pushing and sweating this month! WOO! HOO!! I'm so happy right now!

Grats to everyone that lost weight. I was hoping that this week was going to be a far higher number. I'm going to need to make the appropriate changes and try damn hard for this week.
 
How has everyone been? You're all looking so good. Keep up the fantastic work. You're an inspiration to a lot of people coming here and seeing that it truly can be done. ^_^
 
I'm starting this a bit late, but my goal as of the 13th, is to be active for three and a half hours each day, and not to eat more than 1350 calories each day. 13 stone 3 is my aim (a total of 9lbs).

1st- 13 stone 12 (194)
8th- 13 stone 10 -2
15th- 13 stone 8 -2
23rdnd-13 stone 6
29th- 13 stone 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hooray!!!!! I met my target, bang on. GO MEEEEEEEE!
