You are doing great it seems like! and that is so exciting that you will be going backpacking in Europe!!!! I went with a group from school for about three weeks and it was AMAZING!!!! You'll have such a great time, and you are smart to start saving now - I wish i had done that!

Me and my best friend have started will be going for 2 months so were definitly goiung to need the money...good thing I have a while to save i'm going to need the money.

Well I went and got my blood taken today so by the time I was done it was 1 pm so I had to fast till then, they gave me this nasty stuff. YUCk

I love my elliptical but I know lots of people who hate them my sister for one and a family friend hate them I don't know why my sister says its too hard or something.

Does anyone know what evercise I can do that doesn't workout my legs as much?? I've alway had muscular legs but now there getting overly muscular I noticed when I was shaving my legs yesterday that I have huge calf muscles sticking out. I need something to work the middle section more any ideas??
 
hmmm... i'm not sure what to recommend as far as excercise...

you should try to fit more fruits and veggies into your diet. I know not everyone likes them, but they are sooo good for you. even just adding an apple, or some celery each day will help immensley.
