March 3/05

I'm finally going grocery shopping tonight so then i'll have some better foood in the house. No one in my house eats veggies except me and my sister so i'm going to buy some and I also got a couple good recipes so I've got lots of things to try out this weekend. My eating habits will get better.

Finally Friday!!! :p
Went shopping last night bought stuff to make a yummy smoothie for breakfast and lots of veggies to make a salad and stir fry and so much more yummy things. I weight in this weekend so wish me luck! New food regiment starts tomorrow I got stuff that I can bring to work and eat at my desk as well as some stuff for a good smoothie for breakfast. Gonna get my little sister to try them as she never eats breakfast!
Does anyone take vitamins? if so what kind? I bought one-a-day because quite a few people have recommended them to me.

If you want a good multivitamin try GNC Womens Formula. It has alot of extra ingredients and all of the basic vitamins and minerals.

The thing about the One-aday vitamins is that the majority of them are quick release types, which absorb into your bloodstream right away; your body cannot absorb all the vitamins at once so alot gets pissed out.

Vitamin brands such as GNC and otherb brands are slow release, meaning they absorb in the system slower over a time period (usually 5 hours), and therefore your body has a bigger chance of absorbing more of the vitamins. These are usually more expensive but better since your body actually gets a chance to use more of the vitamins you pay for.

Not tryin to sound like a company rep, but I used to work for GNC... and out of all the vitamins they sold GNC brand was the best selling and most people told me they had good results with it....

Hey all I haven't been on in a while my life has been all over the place. Got some tests back from the drs and have to go for more. Not my favorite thing. So next week should be more regular and I'll be able to update.
 
Hope all is well with you. Doing Dr. stuff is definately not fun. I've read over your diary and I know how it is when no one else in your family eats fruits and veggies and all of a sudden you want to. It is a bit expensive too. Hopefully hese things will not get in your way, and don't let them! Fruits and veggies are oh-so-yummy! And you already know all the benefits.
It's awsome that you have an eliptical machine. I have nothing. Just 2 tapes I try to do daily, but in reality it has been a while.
Tae Bo with Billy Blanks is super fun! And Pilates is such a work out, but it's worth it.
I am dying to get Billy Blanks Boot Camp. We'll see.
Congrats on all the weight loss so far! Keep up the good work!

I'm just about to go home and work out can't wait. I finally can notice muscle definition in my arms yeah!! Good by flab hello fabulous!! :D Anyway headed home I'm excited to work out for one I changed my room around on the weekend so I have a whole area for my elliptical and weights and stuff. Hope everyones days been great. :)

So came home and worked out for 1.5 hourson elliptical
