good job on eating lunch after you said you were going to! it really makes a difference, b/c our bodies use up the calories much more efficiently when our meals are spaced out and smaller. Keep it up!
Morning All!
Well my internet went out so I haven't written in a while so I guess I'll just start from today. Well I decided that I would wake up earlier to do a 1/2 workout on the the elliptical to get me up and moving and have a healthy breakfast at home. I must say I have much more energy then I normally would!
So I got up at 5:30
1/2 on elliptical
Breakfast
shredded wheat with a little milk 150
orange juice 110
I didn't get to work out this morning I had a doctor appointment first thing so I had to get ready for that.

Went to get an ultra sound done so all I had was water (I had to pee so bad)

My best friends birthday I tried seafood for the first time so good!!
Totally cals for supper 574 (not bad considering what we ate)

I guess I wasn't really hungrey today I had quite a bit of paper work to do when I got home so I never thought that I didn't eat!
My muscles have been hurting all over for the last couple days I am so sore for some reason anyway I just went walking with my friend today I figure tomorrow I'm back on the elliptical (it was broken since sat) so hopefully I'm not as sore.
Hey all I haven't been on in a while I'm taking these meds for pcos which make me sick so I'll I want to do is sleep right now. But I'll be back in a few days. Hope everyones doing great!
