Good to hear your feeling better. How far did you walk in 2 hours? I was thinking of walking around Australia, getting a map of Australia and start charting the km I walk. My son wants to do it with me so it should be fun. :D
 
Hey I walked aroung kingston probably about 8 km i guess. Then I went out dancing and drinking with a good friend. Had a blast :D There was a stabbing at the bar we were at and the guy who was stabbed died.So crazy if anyone knows Kingston, Ontario its a small town and you just don't expect all this drama. Crazy!! Its the second stabbing at the same bar in the last month(or less) crazy!! The lastone the girl was stabbed in the bathroom over the toilet.

Oh how awful that someone was stabbed and died! That must have been terrible to see. Looks like you're doing really great, especially with your exercise! Keep it up!

Hey Yeah the stabbing (murder I guess) was scary lucky me i didn't see it happen but it was just insane people were freaking and pushing. Stuff like that you just don't think of happening. It was apparent unprovoked. The poor guy was only 23. Just crazy.

Well I have so much to be glowing about today the main reason is I measured my self and I have lost 2 inches around my hips and 2 around my waist :p :D I am so happy! You could tell I'm losing weight because pants I bought a month ago don't ffit they literally fall off I have shown so much ass lately ;) lol So I have to thank everyone for all the encouragement so far you have brighted my days when they weren't so bright.
Well off to work out! :)

This is great...Keep up the excellent work :D Don't you just hate/love when your clothes are saggy mine are like that now but I can't fit in the next size down so i'm constantly pulling up my pants...But I like it :p
 
Wow jaws you are doing terrific. Its starting to get exciting isn’t it. Your clothes must be starting to get awfully baggie lol.

yikes cals are ya there oh well as of tomorrow that will change I have to save for my back packing trip in europe may 2006 I have 13 months to save so I have to get rid of all none essential spending no more tim hortons take out no morre wasting money i'm making myself leave my money, bank cards, and credit cards so I can't spend anything...which should be healthier anyway no junk food takeout ect....the next time i'm suppose to go out isn't till the end of april for my best friends birthday....heres to saving ;)
