its a iced Cappuccino from tim hortons frozen and yummy :p
I love veggies but no one in my house eats them except me so its hard to buy them when i rarely go shopping but i'm going to try to add some.

I just read a little of your latest postings and I saw that you had iced caps from Tim Horton's. Ah, we used to live by a Tim Horton's, but not any more. I love those great Tim Bits, sour cream donuts and the English Toffee cappicino (and I am not a coffee drinker). On second thought, maybe I am better off not living by Tim Horton's!!! ;)

It sounds like you are doing well =) Keep up the good work! I know how you feel about the haircut - i just got mine done on friday too! I feel so different, even though it wasn't a big change...

also... isn't dancing just the BEST exercise there is! it's awesome =)
