So a friend of mine from high school came into town last night and crashed on my couch, I stayed up really late with him talking and watching tv, and then I had my cat in my room with me this morning so that he wouldn't bother my friend in the living room and I was trying to sleep and my cat was going crazy, meowing and running around like a maniac. I brought his food and litter box in, but he wanted to go and cuddle with my friend. He loves boys. So anyway, I had a rough night's sleep.

I'm also running low on food, since I'm driving down to Fort Lauderdale tomorrow to see my mom for a few days. I don't want to go grocery shopping since I won't be here for four days.

Breakfast:
Special K with Red Berries and 2% milk (yuck. I only like soy and fat free milk. 200 cals)
Orange Juice (50)

Another day of work. Ugh, I haven't worked out at all since Thursday. I feel like a bum. But my gym is closed and I keep working late, and it keeps raining outside. And I'm just being kind of lazy, it being spring break and all. I'll definitely get back into my exercise routine as soon as the gym opens up again. My weight has been steady for the last few days, I'm still at 220, which is a 20 pound loss. My calorie intakes have been on the low side. I'm thinking I might need a splurge meal to get back in the game, but I honestly can't even think of what I would want. I like my healthy eating now. I'm afraid I'd get sick to my stomach if I cheated. That happened to me last time I dieted and cheated. I had a stomachache for days. We'll see, I'm sure I'll be eating out with friends when I go to Fort Lauderdale. Maybe a craving will hit me.

Fuunky I just wanted to stop in real quick and say that you're doing a great job. Sorry to hear about your car. As far as working out goes, I know what you mean, I haven't worked out since Thursday either. Let's get back at it. When are you leaving for Fort Lauderdale? Have a good time! I wish I had some nice weather! hehe

Hey, thanks Coastergirl! I definitely want to get back into working out. I wish they hadn't closed the gym for spring break. But I'll definitely jump right back in as soon as it's opened. I'm going to Ft. Lauderdale tomorrow after I work, so I'll be getting there sometime in the evening and I'm staying until Sunday. Hopefully I'll get a few sunny days while I'm there, but since it's been rainy in Orlando it'll probably be rainy there. Oh well.

Lunch:
1 slice cheese pizza (250)
House salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion, and green peppers, along with some oil and vingear dressing (150)
Diet Coke

I'm really really sleepy from being tormented by my cat all morning.

Breakfast:
Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with No Cal Butter Spray (290)

Kind of hefty on calories for the morning, but since I'm leaving town today I don't have any food left. The bagels are my roommates. I'm out of everything else-orange juice, Egg Beaters, Veggie Bacon, wheat bread, Special K. I'm bringing a Slim Fast for lunch, because I get out early today, so I don't get an actual lunch break. So I'll be keeping my calories in check. I have no idea what I'm going to do for dinner, since I'll be driving around dinnertime.

Haha, thanks guys. Well, I was supposed to leave today, but the weather was bad and there were tornado warnings, so I'm going in the morning. I did get the brakes on my car fixed after work today, and while they were working on it I went and got my hair cut. I like it, it's a cute cut. Then I went to Target and I got a new pair of flip flops to wear to school and a cute pair of shoes to wear with jeans to work. I tried on this pretty 40s style wrap dress. It was black with tiny white dots and a really flattering cut. It looked pretty good in some places, but my belly is still a little too bulgy for it. I hope they still have it when I lose a few more pounds. I liked it a lot.
I'm trying to keep up on my calories. I'm running way low on food-I've been bad about the veggies this week. I just didn't go grocery shopping since I'm leaving. I'll have to do a major shop when I get back.

Snack:
Mango (70)

Dessert:
WW Cookie Ice Cream Bar (120)

Oh, and I thought of the perfect 25 pound present for myself! The Black Crowes are touring the US after a 2 year hiatus. Tickets go on sale Saturday, so I'm buying myself one and going to the show alone (since none of my friends are into them.) But the show is May 25, so by then I should have lost a few more pounds and I can prowl for a fellow Black Crowes fan who is a fellow. :)

Concert tickets... a great reward for yourself! And prowling for a fellow fan... even better! LOL
The dress sounds neat, would control top panties or pantyhose do the trick?

Yeah, I gotta find me a man. Haha. It's been a long time since my ex and I broke up, almost a year. I'm ready to move on. I was thinking about getting some control top panties. Does anyone know of a good brand or where to get good ones that aren't too expensive? I always wear opened toe shoes, so I'd prefer not to get pantyhose, because then I'd have the tacky pantyhose toe. The dress was very cute and only $25. It was something I could wear to work. Oy. Okay, I'm going to attempt to drive to Fort Lauderdale again.

Breakfast:
Harvest Chocolate Chip Power Bar (250)
Orange Juice (60)

I bought some control top panties at Target- Hanes Her Way. They are a 2 on the "control scale" and they came in a two pack. I bought the full coverage panty (read: "granny panty"), and my only complaint is that they run small. I mean, I know they are supposed to be "tight," they are, after all, control top panties, but the leg bands are tight, as in too small, not "controlling." But I haven't tried them on since I lost a few more pounds, so maybe they may work now.

fuunky ..what about "spanks"...panty hose that stop mid thigh or mid calf...depending on what you are wearing, you get great control and a smooth line but yet you can wear your open toe shoes.

Scrappy is so right about the leg thing on the control top underwear...they make the leg so low that it cuts into you...so here is my suggestion if you go for the panty get a higher cut leg.

I myself dont care for the full control panties.....so I do the Hanes, cotton high cut and they have a tinge of spandex in them for a bit of support and I get a size smaller for the control. Not to tight as you just kinda pop over the top...EEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWW.

OK enough gonch talk....its lunch time!!!!! LOL

Oh by the way....wish you were here I love setting up my single friends...I have been quite successful so far

Fuunky my parents live in Melbourne Beach we should plan the next time I'm in FL to go hang out. Two single cute chicks on the move, sounds like fun to me.
