Breakfast:
Egg Beaters (70)
2 Slices Veggie Bacon (60)
Orange Juice (50)
 
After class I went to the gym-15 minutes on the treadmill, 15 on the elliptical, and then some weight reps and some crunches and stretches. For dinner my best friend and I went to the Mellow Mushroom, which is a funky little pizza place.

Dinner:
3 small (really, they were small) slices of cheese pizza (600?)

I figured since I went light all day I could afford to eat some pizza for dinner. It was good too. My calorie estimate is probably high, they were so small.
 
I LOVE Mellow Mushroom =) We have one in Nashville too... I wish i knew what the nutritional information on their pizzas were...
 
I know! I think that all restaurants should be required to provide nutritional information on their menues. It would help so much.

Snack:
Mini Bag of Lite Popcorn (50)

Dessert:
WW Double Chocolate Cake (150)
 
Damn, I couldn't fall asleep last night until 4:30 AM. I don't know why. And I wasn't scheduled to work until noon today, but of course at 8:30 AM my job calls me and asks me to come in early. So I have one of those not-enough-sleep cloudy headaches. And I poured myself some cereal and sliced a banana in it before I checked the fridge and we're out of milk. So I used orange juice. It's not bad.

Breakfast:
Team Cheerios with Sliced Banana and Orange Juice (250)
 
Sorry you didnt' get much sleep, believe me as a mother of a little one I completely understand and symathize!! Come home from work and treat yourself to a good nap!!

No, it wouldn't! We would stop eating out when we got tired of the The Unhappy Meal- lettuce and water! LOL
Then again, McDonald's puts the nutritional info on the back of the tray liners. That doesn't seem to deter anyone! Of course, if you've seen the movie Supersize Me! you would be detered!

Congrats on the 25 pound loss! You are super! Are you liking the "belted" look?

Yay, Korrie is back! I can't imagine how hard it must be to sleep with kids around.

Well, Totallyscrappy, the belted look isn't my favorite, but it's not bad. It's keeping my pants up, which is what I needed, so it works.

I sure do hope to have an early night Rosered, and I think I will with the headache I have.

Lunch Today:
Gardenburger Meal-Southwest Chick'n with Vegetables-it had strips of veggie chicken, onions, peppers, corn, and black beans. (210)
Orange (80)

Dinner:
3 Morningstar Honey Mustard Chik Strips with a little bit of honey for dipping (300)
Cup of fresh pineapple (100)
Roasted mushrooms and broccoli (50)
Sliced tomato with garlic salt (40)

Weird dinner, but it was good. Merrily strolling along on my diet. Right now it's the least stressful thing I have going on. Who woulda thought?

Lunch:-Went to Bennigans
Boca Burger on Wheat Bun with a slice of melted Swiss cheese and some roasted mushrooms and onions. Topped with a bit of ketchup and honey mustard (400?)
Side of roasted peppers, mushrooms, and onions. (50?)

Snack:
Slim Fast Crispy Peanut Caramel Snack Bar (120)

Dinner:
English Muffin Pizza made with a whole wheat English Muffin, 2 tbsp of my mom's marinara sauce, and some skim mozzerella (250)
Salad with lettuce and baby tomatoes, oil and vinegar (100)
Cup of fresh pineapple and blueberries (100)

Snack:
Healthy Pop Caramel Apple Popcorn (100)
 
Dessert:
1 Hershey Kiss (25)

Man, I started craving chocolate like you wouldn't believe. But I kept it to one kiss, so I was proud of myself. :)
 
Snack:
Yogurt (100)

Lunch:
Side salad with tomatoes, onions, and cucumber with balsamic vingarette (150)
Fruit Cup with watermelon, cantulope, grapes, and kiwifruit slice (100?)
1/8 of a pita with a tbsp hummus (40)

Unsatisfying lunch. They charged way too much for what it was-$9 for that meal with a Diet Coke! Ridiculous. I'll never do that again.

Snack:
Slim Fast Snack Bar (120)
