I love junk food too. I can't find any good sweets around where I live to buy. The only really good thing to buy around here are the juice bars. Sounds like you had a great day!!
 
Fuunkymonk, You're doing so well. I'm not a 100% yet but after reading your latest post I'm going to try and get to the gym tonight. You rock!!!
 
I love junk food too Christina-those WW ice creams are a dieter's dream! They're so good. I'm more of a chocoholic than a junk food junkie, so I can forgo chips, pastries, and stuff like that, but I love good chocolate-those WW ice creams really do the trick!

Too bad you don't have any WW stuff in the stores around you Meshellibel-they're so good-You should try this trick I learned from a friend-if you can find fat free Cool Whip and fat free or reduced fat graham crackers, you can freeze the Cool Whip in the freezer and then put 2 tablespoons in between two graham cracker peices and make your own little low fat ice cream sandwiches!

Ugh, the Beacon Theater overbooked all of their Allman Brothers Band shows, so I ended up spending ALLLLLLLL morning on the phone with credit card companies about refunding the customers who had bought standing room tickets. Because of that I never got to eat a snack and I was famished by lunch time.

Lunch:
Lean Cuisine Ravioli in Chunky Tomato Sauce (250)
Peach (40)
Fat Free Pudding (100)

I'm super tired and I can't wait to go home!
 
Thanks Angela-I'm home now. I went to the library and rented the first season of ER and I'm just going to lay around tonight and enjoy it. I work tomorrow and then I'm going to work out and try to work on homework, so I want to relax tonight. I had another breakfast foods craving for dinner, so that's what I had!

Dinner:
Egg Beaters (70)
Veggie Bacon (60)
1/s Whole Wheat English Muffin (60)
Bowl of mixed berries-strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries (150?)
Orange Juice (50)

It was a big dinner/breakfast, very good. And I'm still low on cals, which means I can have a snack and dessert later. :)

Wow, so I decided to branch out with the WW Smart Ones desserts. I got the double fudge cake and the cookie dough sundae...I haven't tried the sundae yet, but the cake was amazing. I wish I hadn't eaten it yet so I could be eating it now. Yum!

Dessert:

Breakfast:
1 Slim Fast Optima Bar-Crisy Caramel Peanut (220)
Orange Juice (50)

The Slim Fast bars are really really good, but I wish they were lower in calories. The shakes are 180. If the bars were 180 I would be more inclined to eat them more often. They're really good-but I find myself worried about not having enough calories later in the day.

I get to have lunch with two of my frineds from high school-the same ones whose baby shower I went to last month. I'm looking forward to seeing them-don't know where we're eating yet, but I'll be good. :)

U2 onsales today-just might kill me!!!
 
Oh boy I had a bad day. I had some big problems with the Deep Purple show in Canada, and the U2 onsale was unbearable. And then I got stuck at work late because this store messed something up and I had to fix it. Then I went to eat with my friends Mike and Lisa from high school, which was nice. They came down from their college to go to another friend's wedding and stopped so they could have lunch with me. It was nice-my friend Lisa is due on the 20th to have her baby-she looked like she was going to pop!

So anyway, I did get to see my friends, which made the day better, but then on my way home from that I was at a stoplight and the people in front of me started to go, so I started to go, but then they slammed on their brakes and I bumped into the back of their car-their car looked fine, they got all of my information just in case, but it didn't look like there was any damage to their car, which was good and they said they would only contact me if there was a problem with the alignment or something, but my car looks a little beat up. My bumper cracked and my hood got bent a little. The people I bumped were really really REALLY old and I don't think they even completely knew what had happened. I felt really awful though and I think there's something wrong with my brakes, so I have to go take my car to the shop now to get it fixed, and I'm so exhausted, I just want to curl up on the couch and cry. I don't think I'll even get to work out, unless my car doesn't take too long. Ugh, I'm so pissed.

Lunch:
Veggie Burger with ketchup, onion, tomato, and lettuce, (on a white bun, which I hate) :( I guess around 350 calories.
2 steamed baby carrots and a slice of steamed zucchini (10?)

Not the greatest lunch, but I had a good time with my friends, so that was good. But then the whole stupid car thing happened and now I'm upset. I'm usually a really good driver...I can't believe I made a stupid mistake like that.
 
Oh honey im so sorry you had such a rotten day. Try not to stress too much, you obviously had a lot on your mind and we all make mistakes. Think of it this way you had a good day when you think about it……….things at work weren’t going Wright and people made mistakes but you fixed it (clever) then you were able to have lunch with people you like to spend time with (ahh lovely) then you had an accident your car got a little damaged but the other car didn’t and no one was hurt (how lucky was that) so really you’re a cleaver girl who had a lovely lunch with friends who was lucky today. ;) :p
 
:) Thanks Rosered. I know you're right, no one was hurt and that's what's important. I was just shaken up by it. I really appreciate your kind words.

At least my eating is still on track. Here's the rest of my day-

Snack:

Sliced tomato and baby carrots, with a tbsp of Lite Sweet Vidalia dressing (60)

Healthy Pop Caramel Apple Popcorn (100)

Dessert:
WW Cookie Dough Sundae (190)

The WW sundae was good, but not half as good as that fudge cake, and the fudge cake has less calories. I never got to work out today, which I really wanted to do because it was a beautiful day. I bought new workout pants and I wanted to take a walk/light jog around the park, but after the fender bender I was upset, and then my mom told me to take my car to the shop because of the brakes, but I drove everywhere and all of the car shops were closed and by the time I got home it was dark and I was hungry and kind of bummed. I'm feeling a bit better now, just tired. I have so much homework to do.
 
Ah soory about your mishap...its all ok though,..just a lil bump in life...every is ok and that is all that is important.
 
Thanks guys! I really appreciate the support. I know it's not the end of the world. It was just one of those days.

Anyway, I have to spend all day at work-11:30 until 8, so I packed some food to bring. I'm just finishing up eating breakfast.

I really hope it's on the slow side today so that I can get some homework done.
