Thanks rosered! I don't know why I'm surprised either...I guess just because I haven't noticed a difference yet. My pants are always a little big on me anyway because I'm between sizes, so I buy them in the bigger size for comfort, so I can't tell by that. I'm thinking it's the water weight finally coming off. I also stopped taking the pill for now, because it adds water weight, and I figured if I'm not involved with anyone and I can save money and pounds by not taking it I might as well. So that could have something to do with it too. Anyway, thanks again. I know I'm doing good, it's just hard for me to see the results.

Breakfast:

I have to work today-blah. I just hope I don't have to train any new people-they get in the way of my healthy snacking since I can't leave them alone.

I brought a Slim Fast for dinner since I'll be here until 10 and some snacks. Agh, but people keep giving me candy for Valentine's Day. My boss got me a little box of chocolate and two other people gave me those nasty little hearts. But I'm resisting it all. I'll give the chocolates to my roommate and I already gave the little hearts away. I did get a pretty rose from one of the guys I work with-he's so sweet, he got all of the girls a flower-that's a good gift to give to women! It's pretty and it won't make us fat!
 
Sounds like you are doing very well with the exercise and also with counting calories. Very strong of you to give the chocolate to other people. My husband gave me a heart of chocolate and I had no self control. Although as much as I love sweets I won't eat the one that are yucky. Way to go, sounds like you are doing great! :D
 
I was pretty low on calories for the day, so I had a 2 snacks when I got home.

Hmm, my scale is saying I've lost 14 pounds now. I'm still skeptical, but my stomach looks flatter. I wore a top today that I've looked really bulgy in for awhile, but today it looked okay-my chest looks huge though, like I'm going to topple over. I guess I won't be losing much weight from that area, which is okay with me-I want to see it go from my face, arms, stomach, thighs, butt, hips, and legs. I'm wondering if the Slim Fast is helping-I've been replacing one meal a day with it since Saturday and I've seen a drastic scale change. I guess I'll keep doing it for a little while and I'll see what kind of a difference it makes.

You're doing great Fuunky!! Who cares if the scale is right or not if your tummy is looking flatter and your chest is looking bigger I wouldn't complain :D I would go with it and keep on smiling. Keep up the excellent work and thanks for your words of encouragement in my diary I needed them. :)

You're making me want fruit salad, I think I'm going to have to stop at Fresh Market tonight after the gym just so I can make some :D
 
Yes!! Fruit is the best!

I went to the gym after classes today. 30 minutes on the gazelle, stretching, 50 crunches, and 10 reps with 10 pound weights.

Dinner:
1 Tomato Basil Pizza Burger (130)
4 Broccoli Spears (40)
Sweet Potato (100)

I used no cal butter spray on my broccoli and sweet potato, so I still have room for dessert. :D

I have so much schoolwork to do! Aghhhh!

The ankle is feeling okay Totallyscrappy, thank you for asking. I've been taking an anti-inflammatory medicine, which helps when I exercise. It swells up after I exercise, but it's not too bad. The more I exercise on it the easier it gets.

Way to go on the eating! I love ice cream, if I could survive on that alone I would. I used to work at DQ for 2 years when I was in high school. But sounds like you are doing great with cals and exercising. Keep up the good work. Read about your ankle. Hope it feels better! :)
