Oy, I've had a busy day. I drove up to Gainesville this morning, which is about a hour and a half away from where I live for my friend's baby shower. First my best friend and I met up with some other old friends for lunch there though and I did really good.

Lunch:
Veggie Wrap which had a wheat tortilla, lettuce, tomato, olives, peppers, and mozzerella cheese
Fruit cup
Diet coke

Then at the baby shower we had a lot of fun. I won three out of the five games! I'm so good. And I had a few treats, but very limited.

Party Snacks:
5 carrot sticks, 3 celery sticks, 3 Wheat Thins, 1 ounce of cheese, and 1 tbsp of Ranch dressing
1 tiny square of cake (really like, 2 small bites)
3 chocolate covered strawberries

Then, since technically I didn't get dinner I had some dried apricots and dried apples in the car that I had brought so I wouldn't snack on chips and what not. Oh, and at the rest stop they were giving out fruit samples at a fruit stand and I had 1 strawberry and 1 slice of red Florida orange.

So my day foodwise was very good. Actually I'm very hungry, so I may eat something else, but maybe not. I don't think I went over 1200 calories though. And I had a really good time all day. Too bad I have to work all day tomorrow.
 
Snack:
Peach (the suckiest peach ever by the way. Never going to Target for peaches again)
Diet Coke

The Black Crowes got back together (for at least five shows in New York.) Hopefully they'll tour and come to Florida. It's been years since I've been to one of their concerts.
 
Lunch:
Lean Cuisine Cheese Ravioli (250 cals)
Orange (60 cals)
Fat free pudding (100)
Diet cherry 7up

Bowl of tomato soup made with skim milk (300 cals?)
Small salad with 2 tbsp Sweet Vidalia dressing

Dessert:
Smart Ones Giant Cookie Ice Cream Bar
 
Breakfast:
Egg Beaters (60 cals)
Veggie Bacon (70 cals)
Small glass of Orange Juice (80 cals)

Lunch:
Boca Burger on Wheat with mushrooms, onion, swiss cheese and ketchup (400 cals?)
Broccoli (instead of fries! 40 cals?)
Diet Coke

Dinner:
Lean Cusine Cheese Pizza (380 cals)
Salad with oil and vinegar (50 cals?)

Dessert:
Smart Ones Giant Cookie Ice Cream Bar (130 cals)

Dinner:
Argh...went out with friends...
1 1/2 slices Bianco pizza with spinach (I don't know if that's common everywhere, it's "white pizza" with no sauce, mozzerella and ricotta cheese, garlic and olive oil.)
Salad with fork dips of Balsamic vinagerette
Diet Coke.

I'm sure I went over my 1200 with that meal...and I have a huge project to work on, so I couldn't go to the gym after work. I'll definitely go after school tomorrow though.
 
Going out for dinner with freinds will put most of us over! No worries though! You are doing a fine job. Keep it up!

Big salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and a few crutons :)o) and fork dips of a red wine vinagerette

Well, I've had too many white carbs and cheese in the past few days, not enough fruits and veggies. I have to cut that out. I also need to drink more water. :eek:
 
Well, the good news is I went to the gym and did 35 minutes on the gazelle and worked up a good sweat.

The bad news is I weighed myself at Publix and my scale at home is right: 235, not 216 like the one at school said. How a school clinic can have a scale off by 20 pounds is beyond me, but damn am I upset about that.

This means I have to lose 100, not 80. And I've already lost 5-I have 100 ahead of me and so far I haven't lost anything in February. I'm stuck.

I know I've been slipping a little bit. I went and bought some Slim Fast and some fruits for the weekend, and hopefully I'll get to go to the store on Saturday or Sunday.

Anyway, my stomach has been upset all day (probably from the potatoes I shouldn't have had.) I don't feel like eating dinner and it's already 9:25. I still need to shower from the gym. Maybe I'll have some fruit or something.
 
Don't beat yourself up!!! You're doing great, you just have to stick with it. Who cares if it's 80, 100 or 50 for that matter, you're going to do it. It may take a little longer but that just means it's going to stay off that much longer. We're here if you need us, just believe in yourself, we already know you can do it!
