yeah i love it but i dont eat it very often, no the first time i had it was with a curry in a pub, it was so good. i love it with chicken tikka masala, i havent had it for months.

overall : great workout, plenty of sweating involved, it felt great!!!

haha sorry think ive only just seen this.
sorry ive not been posting, ive been a bit up and down lately lol.
i was ill last saturday after drinking too much friday night n then eating too much saturday morning. not good i know. but i set myself an alcohol limit of 5 pints a lager a week and managed to stick to it.

anyway i hope everyone is well, im getting back to calorie counting today and i will be working out soon, n i hope to do some serious cycling in the coming weeks. im getting serious about training now

so whats everyone else up 2

does anyone know of any places where i could try kickboxing in suffolk?
