Total of 3 lbs lost!! Not the 5 I wanted but I will take it... we are doing the biggest looser at work and we weigh in the first tuesday of every month... so hopefully I can get at least 1 more pound down by then.. or even a a half would be good!!

Yeah its been a great way for all of us to get healthy. I we have been doing it since January of 2006 and everyone here (with the expection of my boss) has lost weight... some of us up to 35lbs!! Its been awesome!

Hey you never know who may be insterested at work.. ask around... it really helps with motivation. We started it because 3 of my co-workers had health problems because of their weight... currently 2 of them are no longer effected and the third is getting there... We are a pretty tight knit bunch here though, I could see how trying to start something like that would be hard in a no so friendly enviroment.

Not real great, but at least it is not a gain, either. I have been a little more faithful in going to the gym and trying my best to watch what I am putting in my mouth. There have been a lot of "pre-wedding celebrations" lately so that has kind of thrown me off. That and I have been working like crazy and spending as much time with my kids as possible since I will be gone a week. I know, a week is not a long time. I am having flashes of guilt, though, for leaving my girls behind.

We finally have everything ready to go for the wedding. This weekend I will clean my house from top to bottom to prepare for the influx of guests I know is inevitable and during next week I will be doing pre-wedding prep (haircut, nails, etc.). I am packed and ready for my trip - and I am proud to say that I actually packed gym clothes. Now I just need to actually use them. :) I figure I'll hit the gym early in the morning and then we can head to breakfast before we hit the beach. We are early birds so I don't think that will be a problem. Even if we party the night before, we still rarely sleep even as late as 9:00.

So how is everyone - Trops and your bees - Brian and your baby - Ali and your deadbeat daddies - Matt and your job - and of course Madness, Amanda, Brad, etc . . .

I've missed all you guys and I will be back in full swing when I get back from my honeymoon. I'll definitely need to buckle down and get this weight O-F-F!

Not what I wanted, but still a loss. I'm so close to my first goal of being below 210. I've been eating ok, but my exercise is dwindling so I know what I need to do to kick it up for August.

Been a lot of stress and changes this month due to job stuff. I may or may not be moving and things just aren't as easy as I was hoping they would be.

I plan to kick my butt in gear for going back to school though. And once I'm back on a regular working schedule it will stop me from wanting to snack all day.
 
Hey thanks alot for the congrats guys. Even though every friggin weekend I fell off the wagon, I am still proud of the 6 lb loss. This month I am NOT screwing around anymore. No more weekends of eating whatever. If I'm hung over, you can bet I'll still be forcing a healthy salad down my throat instead of greasy foods. I am probably going to have 3 jobs on the go this month so workouts will not be as easy to come by. I will have to really make some serious sacrifices (like waking up at 4:30 am). But this month, I am going to push for my goal. 8+ pounds!!!!
