Weight-Loss Irie, Mon! July Weight Loss Challenge

I'm hoping to see it by the end of the month. I was 213 at my last weigh in. I'd love to see 209.9 by July 31. I don't know how likely it is, but I'm gonna try my best!
 
Just on a whim I got on the scale this afternoon and I saw this number...

210.8

I almost passed out. I'm sure its inaccurate, especially being in the middle of the day, but damn. If I could make that an actual loss I would totally flip out.

My first short term goal is to break 210 and get to 209. If that is an accurate weight then I am damn close!

I just needed to share my small albeit inaccurate victory.

Ohhhh go you ya lucky thing, im hoping to see 210 next week(sat) that was the goal date, also on my monthlys this week, so i could be retaining water so could do it:)

I know the passing out feeling i was close to tears in Boots today when i got off the scales:party:

212.8 again this morning. Guess we'll see what it is on Tuesday, but I'm feeling defeated again.

Oh well. You win some, you lose some. I just seem to be losing a lot... and not in the good way!

I'm still here! Full week with working with the kiddos so super busy and super tired. Hope everyone is doing well. I will post a weight update at some point... maybe.

I had a huge dinner last night and a horrible weekend as far as eating goes. This was very much expected, but I promise to be at least 133.X by the end of the month! I'm gonna push hard to make up for my horrible July weekends. Ahhh summer... so great yet so full of temptation.

Heh, so much for a banging July. This last weekend I had the festival and next weekend is my sister's wedding. One week after that I'm going on vacation for a week, so I'm not expecting great things. I'm going to consider it a win if I get through it breaking even. I was hoping to make some big strides last week, but... :cheers2:

I'm just over half way through a double shift. Been here since 11 last night and don't leave till 4 this afternoon. I'm ready for a nap. :svengo:

Im weighing myself the 26th so i prob should have that as my final july weight total too seen as i weigh myself every sat and the next sat will be August 2nd
 
ah that sucks. Its half two in the afternoon here so not sure time wise what it is where u are:)

We're five hours earlier then you.

It doesn't suck too much because it's overtime. I'm covering for a friend who is on vacation, and he'll do the same for me in two weeks. It's not like it is dificult work, just time consuming, and the overnights can be rough.

Don't get too excited. I drank last night and I'm sure some of this is dehydration. Yesterday I was 191.1. But it was quite exciting to see a 180s number on the scale! By next Monday ("official" weigh in) I'm sure to be in the 180s.

But if this number is right, I'm only a pound off from my lofty goal for the month. Not bad!
