I still can't get over your times ... I told one of my friends who does triathlons about what you did, and she said "Holy ***t! That guy must be a freaking machine!" Naturally she wanted to know what you looked like and whether you were married. I told her you were happily married. She said "Aren't they all?" ... but she still wanted a pic :D

I had to tell her I didn't have one.

Personally, I just want to see you on your bike like what you've got posted, but not so far away I can't see you :p
 
I'll post something up later. I wish I had some red leather boots and some stockings because I think that would just be over the top fun. Perhaps I'll throw on some tights...

My shoulders are naturally like that and and believe or not, my hands are in a very relaxed position. This is a close up...



... it looks like I'm making a fist but I'm actually just curling it. Gotta keep the blood in the legs. A tight upper body draws blood.

This is actually a lot like my running position too. I get a lot of smack about it from others (which I had to pass on to you in fun :)) but its very natural to me and I never feel "tight", I'm super relaxed in my hands too. A running coach once told me to imagine I have a potato chip in the palm of my hand. Its a wonder my hands aren't up by my face! :D..actually I'm a sun chips sort of gal ;)
 
I'm back to structured workouts for the next three weeks leading up to CIM and today was my first run since Silverman. Hahahahahaa! That was a real shocker. I ran 6 miles at a 6:57 pace and the first mile was interesting to say the least. About half way through I started to wake up and it felt natural again. Glad to be back on a program... I feel like I'm losing fitness.
 
no way can you be losing fitness after ONE week. You're body is still healing for goodness sakes! Don't get injured!

Sun 1 (March) 8.00am CPS #4 (novice #4) Short Race : 400/16/4 Acton Ferry Terminal 14

This is the last one for the season, there is one on

Sun 11 (feb) 7:30am CPS #2 (novice #2) Short Race: 300/7.5/2 Yarralumla Bay 12

That I could go for. I am going to look at my new bike tonight, I feel like a change my weight lifting is not doing it for me, will my weight lifting affect my training?

Damn wish I had a training partner, have lots of freinds but the ones that train live other side of town.

I'm confused are you doing one, the other, or both? Identify your race(s).
 
How do you change the thing under your name that states "First Set" ?????
