Ran a 10k this morning but couldn't get it under 40 minutes.

Finish time: 40:21, 4th OA, 2nd AG

I'm pretty happy but would've loved to gone under 40 this early. Maybe next time.

Nice job T! Not a bad time this early out, even if you didn't break 40-it was a LOW 40-cut yourself some slack

Thanks, I'm pretty happy to be back where I was at the end of last year. I hope to go sub3 this year. Which reminds me, I still have a room in Sac from when I didn't use it last year. Free room... whee!

0:30:46 - Swim
0:03:47 - T1
2:40:39 - Bike
0:01:37 - T2
1:34:22 - Run
4:51:11 – Total
