Has anyone heard of the 18 in 4 diet ??

I wrote to him, too

I asked him why he didn't have a "before" picture on his ad. I haven't gotten a reply yet - been 2 days. I've been trying to find someone that bought it to find out what the food combinations are. I am really skeptical that it could work long term, but even if it took off a few lbs, that would be a good motivational jumpstart.

hi all,
i got off to a good start on the diet but as the day went on i got weaker, i had a headach the size of ben navis so i went to bed when i woke i was gagging eating my dinner after dinner my husband came home from work and i felt ill couldnt bear to eat the tea but i was determined to do it as i was eating i got a sudden rush like someone was pulling me over, i went really dizzy and fell over, i can safely say this diet isnt for me which is a shame , so im back on slimming world now i know its not going to fall off like it would have done with this diet but its sure a safer way for me,
feel like a failiur really wanted to lose some quickly,

Hi

I lost 8lb in 4 days and felt great. I never had a lot to lose to start with, roughly a stone to get to my ideal weight for my height so was pleased with that. I am now eating a bowl of cereal in the morning, piece of fruit at lunch and a meal at night and I am losing about 1lb every other day so i am going to keep this up just now. Good luck to all those on the diet!!!

I'm going to be starting this diet next week I have quite a lot of weight to lose (over 100 pounds) so I'm hoping it will be a good kickstart. I will report back when I have finished to let you guys know how I get on.
 
I have started this diet only today, i feel the food doesn't give enough energy but just wanted to give it a try, shall keep you all posted ...

I still feel energetic, have started to crave for things but holding it as I just am determined , food is not really that bad, my doctor said for me to loose 60 pounds which is my goal, i need to limit myself to 1200 cal per day and work out to shed 500 calories, that is how he justified this diet plan is not bad when you are advised not to excercise. Since it is short term i believe it is fine, if this works which i feel and hope it will i plan on continuing it for one more session and get on the maintenance plan and alternate this 2 weeks after i break . Wish me luck and please do not condemn any plan wihtout you guys actually trying it,

Well I am currently on this diet, and while still a little sceptical that you can lose between 17-19lbs on it so far this is my 3rd day, I feel great full of energy and alert! I don't feel hungry and although the food is bland I can certainly put up with that for 4 days! So I will post my weight loss at the end of my 4 days and let you know. That sure does sound like the owner of the site. I see many of responses like this in forums, a noob joins right after something negative is said and they praise the site and give the poster grief...
 
A few things I should say here.
A: The man on the website isn't skinny nor does he have six pack abs.
B: To all the lowlifes, asking for free copies to be emailed to them. Let this be your warning. It is illegal and I personally will notify James to have actions taken against you.
C: It's only 27 dollars, and some of you have more than that in weight to lose so quit the insults.
D: I don't know James personally, however, I've just bought the diet last night and today is my first day. Quite frankly, there are diets that I've tried which have surprised me with their results.
E:The diet specifies no exercise, so why are you exercising?
F:If you're a nurse, then why purchase a diet which you claim that you know is unhealthy:
Don't put down something until you try it or don't say anything at all.
I'm not a member but this post came up when I was trying to locate Jame's site this morning and I had to register to say all this.
It is sick to bash individuals hopes by saying these things, unless, you have personally failed at this diet.(excluding the nurse chick, because she was following some other cuckoo diet, who knows)
It's frustrating for ppl who want to lose weight and can't and once they get a shred of hope, to have other ignorant ppl debunk their choices is inhumane.
So what if we fail?
Let us fail! Everything is a learning opportunity.

Hi All
I am on day 3, last evening i was starving, i had to go to bed early just to keep myself away from all the food in my kitchen, but again morning i am back and energetic,
last evening when i weighed myself i had lost 6 pounds, since this is really working and drastically reducing weight, i am planning on getting on James maintenance plan to keep the weight off, as i dont 'believe this will stay off if i don't follow strict diet further.
And I have figured out Salt is the main cause of holding water in our body and diets without or verl little salt should work, for those who dont' believe in this plan or dont want to try it for some reason, you should try lots of veggies and little fruits , but cut down on salt in every other food you eat and ofcourse calories (count, count and count), burn more than you intake and all that hifunda stuff, that should really work, I still have around 55 lbs to loose, so i shouldn't be talking much before i follow these and come back SLIM.

Keep up the spirit, and remember enter anything with good spirit it will work for you, do not worry about the negative comments you read from others, most of htem whom have never even tried and don't dare, self decipline is the only thing which will help you start and stay on such programs, if you lack that please do not attempt and do not hold others by writing bull... about anything.

I can't imagine anyone would send it to you. The guy clearly states on his website he'd sue and from what I've read he can be quite the pain in the arse.

The reason I say this is no one *really* knows you're not him trying to talk someone into it; especially with an anonymous(@yahoo) email address

I totally agree , if you need money ask for it, people might help you, it is just 27 dollars, nah nah not me, i don't believe anybody that easily.

i had a really bad reaction last time i did the diet, i had no energy and a headach the size on ben nevis but i really want to lost weight quick so im thinking of trying it again,

if i am going to do the diet again can some one whos on it or done it tell me how they eat there dinners i made the first dinner, butternut squash, beans and egg with tomato juice and mixed it together it made me gag with every bite, ide really apprieciate people surgestions,
