Has anyone heard of the 18 in 4 diet ??

18 lb in 4 days would be a little hard to do on any diet. If anybody can do it, I say more power to you!

Ok, this is getting old. I'm locking this thread. If any of the other mods have an issue with that, you can unlock it. But it's obvious that most of the posts here are made to bring attention to a product and frankly, I'm sick of helping a product out that I don't agree with.
