i've not been here in a very long time and i'm kind of embarrassed to say that i've probably only lost around 4 lbs. since i've been gone. i'm hoping that you'll let me join back in as i need all the motivation & help and i can get. i did just purchase a treadmill which i hope will help tremendously b/c i do enjoy walking and have tried to jog and do okay sometimes.
anyway - i will weigh myself in the morning and post where i'm at.

Mar23=261.0 - totally happy with this!!! :)
Mar30=260.5 welp - didn't quite make my goal, but i'm making improvements so i'm very excited!!!!!

Apr06= i didn't have my scale unpacked so i didn't weight, which is just as well..probably wasn't good!

i'm at 265 and my goal for june was 256. can i make it? 9 lbs? i could totally do it and i'm going to try for it, but i don't know. i'll get as close as i can and then adjust my goals accordingly. sorry, i'm not much for motivation, but i really am trying.

At least down a bit better this week. Don't think my weigh in goal is going to happen again. Much closer to this one than the last one........

JMNewsome congratulations on your wedding!! It's never too late to re-commit so good luck with the healthy eating and exercise!

I haven't been posting for several weeks because I'm vacillating within a five pound range...time to get serious though. Starting next Friday, I'm going to start posting in here again.

Way to go on the great efforts Mish and Dari. :) Don't sweat the 2 pounds Mish, you've lost a lot over the last year and you'll continue to do well.

I am slightly disapointed that I haven't been moving down but since the beginning of June I have been at the gym every Monday- Friday and have been focusing on cardio and weight training through a variety of classes my gym offers. I am just praying the wieght I am at now is muscle. I am keeping track of my measurements but so far they are the same:( I am going to keep going though as I have the time in the summer to work out. No excuses!! No matter what the weight says I am doing well:D
