Weigh in day tomorrow and I don't think it's going to be pretty. I think the scale is going to be very very nasty to me. If I'm 150 I'll eat my running shoes!

I decided I'm not going to weigh myself this week...no amount of spices will make those smelly runners taste good.
 
lol Kaitie ... it takes no will power because I know it's going to say above 150 and that will make me sad. Next Friday...pending good choices in work outs and eating...maybe I'll see below 150. Here's to a good week for all of us!
