Ultimate Goal 12/29/07 135-ish
1st Quarter Goal ____ To reach the 140's. Made it, then slid back a little. 2nd Quarter Goal ____ To reach the 130's and tone. So close, and yet so far. Dammit.
3rd Quarter Goal ____ To learn how to maintain and tone more.

I am in a different place than I was 3 months ago. I have adjusted my food and starting working out. I am eating more and getting used to more calories. I just couldn't live on 1200. The weight has been bouncing around as a result of me trying to control my hunger. However I feel I have a handle on it now and hopefully the scale will continue to go down
Updating for last week. I don't really have a clue on what my 3rd quarter goal should be....haven't made any of them yet. I want to be realistic about what I can achieve, thought I was..........hmm
I reached a new number today. I am very excited. It is still much to heavy for me, but sounds so much better. I am readjusting my goal wt by 1#. I don't want to be in the 160's by the end of this quarter. 10 weeks to drop 10 #, I need to change that up for the next 10....not sure what I will change.

You would think 10lbs per a quarter would be easy but for some reason I have been stuck in the same place for 3 months!! I am not sure how to get out of the plateau. I am working on upping my calories so I know that will stall me for awhile. I am worried about making it to my goal. It is hard to see the scale in the same place for so long!

Finally a bit down today! I have been lazy about posting... and lazy about food... and lazy in general. I am back on and working to my goal again. All seems to come down to food to me. I have to do more cardio and eat right if I want to lose this stubborn fat on me!! However I do have my new motivation!!!! Yay hot wedding dress!!!!!!!!!
