Frustrating I tell ya - first 3 quarters - I made those goals with no problem - Now I couldn't hit a target if my life depended on it - my original goals too easy? probably... Arghhhhh!

scale isn't going in the right direction but neither is eating and exercise. lol. I am not worried about losing weight for the wedding but I have to firm up a little or else my dress won't fit well and I will be breathing very shallowly for the night.... shallowly a word?? lol. So I am going to start going to a few weight lifting classes. We shall see
Thank you Lisa! It is going slowly. It is very hard to be strict around holidays but I have four weeks and a pretty solid workout schedule so fingers crossed! I can't wait to post pics
