Apr06= i didn't have my scale unpacked so i didn't weight, which is just as well..probably wasn't good!

hey - thanks for that! yeah, a lot of times i'm super motivated and then somehow i slip out. as weird as it sounds, i do better with motivation through friends that aren't around than with people i live near. i find my energy best when i workout alone and push my self..maybe it has something to do with concentration & personal goals too..i don't know.

anyway - thank you so much. i seriously want it for several reasons. i just have to keep reminding myself!
 
04/06 155.8 I was down to 154.8 on Sunday but spent the rest of the week at 156. Grr.

You're welcome Jmnewsome. I'm exactly like that...I can't lose weight with people I live with hovering over my shoulder, as soon as I do that...I lose focus. But if I work on my own and push myself...there's no stopping me. Now that you know that about yourself...capitalize on it!
