I weighed myself a couple days early but am thrilled I'm at 155, down 2.5 from last Friday. I've been a stickler on calorie count. Next Monday I'll start walking to work.

Well i definately didn't even come close to my target. Disappointing looking at it like that but sure onwards and upwards. Still have till summer to put a dent it the weight ;)

I don't really want to post today. I am a bit frusturated that something I can't help has made my weight go up. I did hit the 170 mark the day after the last weigh in. I am waiting patiently for my weight to go back down. The swelling has gone down but I am limited to what I can do. My calories have been fine so it's just a matter of letting my body recover:) sigh just hard to see that big number there:(

Quick post. I am not happy with this week, but it is what it is. I have only been off from work 1 day since Sat-today (70 hours):eek: and have been to darn tired to get the the gym. I did get some walking in at least.

If I work hard, exercise and eat healthy, I should be out of the 150s by May. My short term goal is to start jogging this week, out on the grid road in the country, with my big dog. He can run off leash and it's very peaceful away from the city.

This weekend for Easter supper at my sister's, there'll be turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy and dessert. I'm planning on having 4oz. of turkey and 2cups of vegetables (no potatoes or dessert). If I stick to the protein and complex carb (veggies) I don't need any of the simple carbs that add fat. Then on the way home, a trip to DQ for a 45 calorie fudge bar as reward!

my weight I gained after surgery is gone and then a few pounds more. I am in the 160's for the first time in 12 years!!!! It's a good feeling:D
