I'm really struggling with temtations right now. The Golden Arches are beckoning. But I'm not going to cave.
Whew, made it through supper. But then I had junk food cravings, so I went to the gym with my son instead. Now it's past 9:00 pm and I'm going to watch a movie and have...water. lol

I read something in a magazine that said you make like 260 food decisions a day! There are so many temptations out there and with a busy, hectic lifestyle it is so much easier to go with the fast, easy and fattening... so, as hotties, how do you make your decisions?

Hi 140 or bust...you BET you can rejoin this club (if I may be so bold)...for one thing, I agree with you about low-carbing it as not working...because I tried that too and found I couldn't work out, so I do portion control too.

I'm aiming for 140 also and just want to tell you how inspired I am by your success thus far.

This weight gain really freaked me out until I realized what was going on. I went into hospital last week due to gall stone pancreatitis, so they put me on a 3 day No-Eat plan (just an intravenous feed) and took my gall bladder out. My belly is puffy and distended, so I just have to be patient, keep eating healthy and it will start behaving in short order. I guess our bodies hang onto a whole lotta fluids if there's inflammation of any kind and both my gall bladder and pancreas were inflamed. Whew.

Dropped a couple of pounds since last Friday's weigh-in. Hit 167 today, due to lack of appetite/illness. Hoping to stay at 167 for this Friday's weigh-in.
