Didn't expect much change, not much happened. Big prob was that this was the first week I ate just because, had one of those meals that I ate way too much. Not sure if pms is hitting me or just what emotional thing was/is bothering me. So to improve my post I put a pic up of the only icon I Adore........

lost 1 lbs this week! I got one the scale this morning and it said 178...but I am going to go with 180 cause that is what the scale said the last couple of days, I am sure that I did not lose 2 more pounds over night, althought that would be nice! :)

I said that I would join but did not start doing anything until last week. But im here. I am going for just 2 lbs a week. I know this is possible if I work my programs!! By this summer I will be back in my cure summer clothes, NO MORE FAT SUMMERS!!!:D

Im going to be trying something new with the diet aspect this week, Im going to have switch days one day will be about 1100 cal the next day 1500. See if that does anything
 
I'm so ready :D
I started at 138.6 and I'm already down a couple of pounds, just form consistent work outs and watching what I eat. I know that when I get closer to 125, it's going to be really hard to lose those last 10 pounds, but I'm so determined to do this!

i'm having a hard time staying on track. i'm not sure why, b/c i do great for a while and then there's 1 or 2 days where i go crazy. oh well, i'm still exercising and eating the best i can so i'm ok with that, and actually this week, i don't think i really gained "weight" i think i'm carrying water, etc. due to things i've eaten the past two days. i'm still happy. i'm taking steps in the right direction and i'm on my way.
congrats to everyone for stickin' with it! you can do it!
 
Had a horrible week. I don't know how accurate my weigh in is, but the scale wasn't quite on 170 and it wasn't on 168 - so I'm sticking with 169.5.
