well i'm 2 more punds down whohooo :) and i did only one workout this week because of my back pain.

27.01. - 103.5 kg (228 lbs)

wow i lost 8 pounds since 05.01. man i feeeeel goooood!!! :D
 
Wow I love reading everyone's wt loss, it is giving some inspiration to push myself now. I think life will be a bit calmer and I get start getting back to the gym. Not much of a change this week, but no exercise at all so I won't complain.

Now I have set a goal and it might be a little unrealistic, but it is my goal. I want to be at least fitting into the clothes I already own come spring. And I never set more than a week goal, so this might help keep me focused on the longer picture......

Wow I love reading everyone's wt loss, it is giving some inspiration to push myself now. I think life will be a bit calmer and I get start getting back to the gym. Not much of a change this week, but no exercise at all so I won't complain.

u can totally do it! i think it's awesome to set goals to wear the clothes you already own. i have some awesome jockey t-shirt type shirts that i've been dying to wear. i wore them once and then i was pregnant and that was it. so, i have a goal to wear them!
anyway - you can totally do it! whoo hooo!

Fitting into cloths that you actually own and haven't been able to wear for awhile is so satisfying. Last spring I bought a whole closet full of jeans in size 14 because I was working out daily and not eating sugar. Well that didn't last forever-hence my current diet- and I gained like 20 lbs! So I was stuck to this one pair of pants because i had gotten rid of everything that was too big. My goal was to fit into a pair of jeans I bought last spring before the size 16 jeans I pretty much had to wear every day got a hole in them. I am so happy to report that as of today- the 16 jeans have a hole but I am fitting nicely into the size 14's!! After only a month of watching what I am eating! It is such a good feeling!!!! We all will get there!!! This year is full of opportunities and we are starting out right. I think this year long weight loss goal is phenominal! It gives us time to do it right! Hottiness... here we come!

Dunno how my goals are gonna be - im loosing less overall than i used to, probably because ive got down a fair bit.

Not to sure if ill hit my goals on time, but i can try :D
