I seriously suggest getting your eating on track. I'm already seeing great changes; not just in my weight, but in the way I feel the excitement I get from trying different things, etc. I was shocked at how many things I've actually never tried and how many things I ate over and over without adding any variety. It's fun to find new recipes and try them. Who knew I liked eggplant casserole? ha! whooo hooo!!!
Not to downplay exercise, it's important for strength, fat burning and overall health as well. I finally get it and that's exciting!

Way to go guys! I haven't seen to many people go up! My weight has stalled and I need to exercise but I am also used to seeing bigger numbers drop like in the beginning. I try to remind myself that this is the overall goal and that even if it is a pound or two a week that is what it will take to get to where I am going!

you're exactly right and you'll totally get there. it's the overall goal and new life that will keep you goin'! i think a lbs. is awesome!!!!! heck, a lot of times i'm happy for 1/2 lbs. hehehehe :)
