Sorry I haven't been around here much, but job, Tom, 5kids, 4 pets, trying to get/keep my house undercontrol is wearing me down. I did get to the gym once last week and painted for 2 days and that was a great workout. My calories are ok, not enough fruits/veg though. Lots of room for improvement, but running so low on motivation with everything else......
