i couldn't post on friday, but i'm down two pounds. that's total of 4 pounds lost in week and a half. so i'm proud of myself. now i have total of 105kg but the steps are being made. i'm having manicure done as a reward one of these days. :)
 
Hi Everyone, I weighed in last Friday and wasn't very happy with my results, over the weekend I have tried really hard to keep my calorie intake under 1600 cals, and I have worked out ever day, so today I weighed myself and was much happier with the results:

I'm a little late in joining - started on the 29th of December, but now it's about 3 weeks later so hope no one minds. This is the perfect thread for me since I did have a goal of having "my best body ever" by the end of 2007 - though more by July 2007, or my 29th birthday (final year being in my 20s, and finally not having the weight hold me back? something like that)

OMG you guys are doing well. Congrats dariqueen on the goal since August. That is really cool. I will be checking in tommorow because I thought Fridays was our weigh day??
 
Hmm, there were two different charts posted by different people, I guess I copied the one with the 18th listed as the day, some others have the 19th. :eek: :)
 
I'm not doing too badly. Weight is going in the right direction, I'm wearing some pants I haven't worn in a while, and I'm feelin' hot! *grin* How's everyone else doing?

I kind of slacked on exercise this week, but I was really focusing on my eating habits and searching for new ways to prepare foods and everything, so it's not a total loss and also, I've lost serious inches. Just in one part of my body on the 1st of January my waist was around 43 inches, now it's 39. I don't actually wear my pants at my waist, but I still measure it...pretty exciting!
 
Weight loss has slowed down a bit but holding fairly steady:)

I changed the dates of my chart because they didn't match up with Fridays. Good job on weight loss guys. I am so excited to see where we are going to be in a year! Go hotties!
 
well today I weighed myself and I am a bit dissapointed... 269lbs.. happy cause I am outta the 270's but wish it was more.. Thinking about going back to WW.
 
Hi everyone. I am seeing wt loss. Yeah!!

Sorry I haven't been around here much, but job, Tom, 5kids, 4 pets, trying to get/keep my house undercontrol is wearing me down. I did get to the gym once last week and painted for 2 days and that was a great workout. My calories are ok, not enough fruits/veg though. Lots of room for improvement, but running so low on motivation with everything else......
