Crazy as it sounds, I'm not to upset about it...I've been sick all week and have definately eaten my fair share (well, about 7 peoples fair share) of brownies. :) I'll be better this coming week. :)
 
Slow and steady. Doing fine with food but I think I could lose more if I worked out. I just don't have the motivation:( However, I am trying to do little things like parking farther away and making a point to walk more in my day... just can't get up and go "exercise". *sigh*

Not sure how accurate that 196.6 is - I'm starting my period AGAIN (gonna talk to the doc about THAT! I'm too young for that crap!) and I'm wearing heavier pants than normal and a belt- all my regular pants for work were in the washer.:rolleyes:

I've completed my 1st week of the couch-to-5k, so that's exciting. I don't weigh-in 'til tomorrow, but I've changed my goal weights, so I wanted to put them in before I forgot. As much as I'd like to lose 2-3 lbs. a week, I'm lucky if I lose 1, so I've decided to go for 1.5 a week. Slow & steady for me. That's just what works for me, I'm sure others can really kick it up and drop pounds like crazy, but this is just me. Anyway - good luck to everybody weighing tomorrow & if you've already weighed in - right on! keep goin'!

I'm really happy with my weight loss. It's high because I'm only into my 2nd week of eating healthy and going to the gym and you know how you always lose the most the first 2 weeks. After that, it's down to brass tacks...the real work begins.

I don't know why but all of a sudden I am so excited about my current weight and actually accomplishing my goal!! This morning I actually thought about going to the shore (ok beach) this summer :shock: I never going to the beach, I never wear a bathing suit without a tee-shirt on top....OMG I can't wait to be 130 pounds and wearing a super cute bathing suit!!!
