From alpha testing to the QUERCUS 200

Apparently that was one hell of a snack Cory and LaMa.

273 this morning with good eating and a lot of work yesterday.

Welcome back to yoga. My 3-yr-old likes watching the pretty girls in yoga outfits, not too interested in participating - I'll share the story of Henry the Lady's Man when I'm not doing quickie responses. My 6-year-old girl has tried it and likes it, as long as the instructor isn't showing too much cleavage.

Thanks LJ! I look forward to the story. She'd like Adrienne. Very modest in attire.

Thanks Cory! Wednesday was too much apparently.

I was exhausted all day yesterday. I went to a coworker's house to cut a live oak tree she wanted gone so I could have the super dense wood for something, although I don't know what. I ran a slow mile and got to bed early after some chair napping.

272 this morning and I feel much better. I'm shooting for the minimum 180 minutes running this week and plan to be plenty active otherwise. I'm sure allergies are playing a role, but I really felt miserable yesterday. Super heavy log carry yesterday and the back seems okay. The wood was too dense to make multiple cuts with a hansaw.

No LaMa, I'd never heard of that. Apparently it's a European thing that they think is the chemistry of the wood reacting with the metal of tools. Odd.

So life has sucked since last night. I had a drink with banana in it and got very sick. So that with the avocados making me ill mean sI am developing a latex allergy. I'm having a hard time with everything at the moment. I feel like I am going to loose the ability to eat every food one by one until I die. That may not be a reasonable thought to have, but obviously nothing about this body including the mind in it is reasonable. I'm just trying to feel well enough to keep busy and not think about it. I ran a miserable mile bookended with runs to the toilet. I'm angry, scared, and miserable because of a fucking banana.

I feel your pain hon... I used to love bananas. And cherries. And apples. and nuts. And sesame. And ginger. And... lots of stuff. It´s incredibly frustrating to have to eliminate stuff again and again and just when you find your groove again something else makes you sick! I at least think I do better when I keep down my histamine levels but especially during hayfever season the risk of new crap cropping up is always in the back of my mind. I´m sorry you´re having to deal with this :(

This is so awful. :[

I had no idea you could just develop allergies like that. Be ok eating something most of your life and then just be allergic to it one day. Too serious for an antihistamine?

Thanks for comiserating LaMa! It does suck.

Yep Cory, they can. This was while on two antihistamines and two corticosteroids.

181 minutes ran for week two.

It sure does suck Q. It's just not bloody fair! My sister is very limited with what she can eat but doesn't have asthma. I have asthma & am allergic to squillions of things in the air but, as far as I know, food-wiseI only react badly to wheat & capsicums. Poor you! xoxo

Thanks Cate! I would sorely miss my capsicums.

Poorly would be a bit of an understatement Cory.

I don't feel well. I'm having leg and back issues, but not debilitating. I'm not eating well and my running has been limited to slow miles. I'm ready for the plant sperms to thin out.

I react to Autumn! When the nights get cooler & the air gets damper my Asthma gets aggravated. I don't miss capsicum Q. It's hard to avoid though.

Thanks for letting us know Q xo
