Hope the headache has eased up by now. Did you get anything done at the gym?

I'm leaving in 20 mins, I had assistance over and wanted to wait for the UV levels to go down :) EDIT: headache is still here, but I'll go nevertheless, could be a tension headache and gym will help with that if that's what it is!
 
Yay, made it to the gym! I had a decent workout too, but I swear I'll never go at this time of the day again. The place was full of rude idiots who swiped weights from the front of my nose, and one customer who wandered around the gym playing police and nagging at other customers. CRINGE.

PS got myself a nacho cheese griller, it's 450 kcal if memory serves but I figured I could afford it. At home it's gonna be congee time until Friday anyway :D

... OK GREAT I got sexually harassed on my way home. I turned to face the guy (who was drunk and yelling at me from a balcony) and asked him in my flattest tone what his problem is, then just walked away because what else. I feel so fucking angry. I don't understand what kind of a person gets their jollies from hassling and intimidating strangers walking by. Also I hate my body even more now. If I looked the way I feel inside, this would never have happened. Not that it's right to harass girls either, but it feels especially humiliating to be sissified like this
 
Still seething with hatred, but I fixed myself a plate of the last of the blue cheese and celery sticks and carrot sticks; fibre, vitamins, fluids and cheesy goodness should help. I'll probably eat something before bed as well, maybe oatmeal with soy protein and agave syrup, that would be pretty balanced.

Awesome job getting to the gym though: you're keeping up your end of the bargain and that's really all anyone can do in life.

:D haha, he's cursed now! And yeah, despite everything I'm happy I made it to the gym. I did notice an increased stability when doing free weights, and the break had clearly helped me get over a plateau when it comes to upper body progress.

I'm dissociating again for some reason so I'll have that oatmeal with soy protein, peanut butter and agave syrup now. I also had a cup of coffee but it didn't help to make me any more alert so I probably need the fuel.
 
Your experiences both at the gym & on the way home really make me cringe. Please try not to add to it by hating on yourself. You do not deserve this kind of behaviour. No-one does. :grouphug:
 
I slept for an hour total. I had the worst case of restless feet, it was like pins and needles all the way up to my thighs, ugh... Luckily I have nothing to do today so I can rest and recover.

Breakfast: congee with mixed beans, edamame, corn, and chopped celery
 
Tuna bean pasta was surprisingly good with hot sauce and fresh + concentrated tomato. I'm still feeling super tired, had a soy protein shake as "dessert" to help curb the hunger a bit. I'm having a headache again, as it's the second day in a row I think I'll try taking an NSAID; as I went to the gym yesterday, this is not likely to be tension headache. I came up with a handy trick to help with my restless legs: I moistened my exercise leggings from the knee down and let the evaporation cool my legs.
 
Sigh; went to pick up a package of workout leggings (I have almost worn one pair to holes) but they weren't squat proof at all. I also got chocolate, pasta, bacon and chickpeas - those will carry me over these last days of the month! It's been a while since I last had chocolate, so I already ate 100g of the 130g package, but that's fine. I'll keep the rest in the fridge, the apartment is so hot it's going to melt if I keep it at room temp...!
 
Dropped the leggings back to be returned, and oh man the chocolate is doing a number on me All that sugar in this heat makes my stomach rumble like a tumbler. Oh well, lesson learned.
 
Most leggings are such poor quality. I´m not particularly prudish but most of them are way too see-through as soon as people move. We´re getting a temperature drop over night: are things improving for you as well?
 
Thursday should be rainy, but tomorrow is still hot. I'll try to go to the gym tomorrow evening anyway...! I really hope I'll get to sleep tonight, I'm exhausted after last night.
 
Dinner: congee with bean mix, peas, chopped celery, and bacon bits. There's STILL A SERVING OF CONGEE LEFT IN MY FRIDGE and I used 1 dl of rice to make it, so it's no wonder I've been a bit tired and ate 100g of chocolate in one sitting. It feels filling for sure, but it's mostly water o_O

After a night of bad sleep I'm too exhausted to think of anything else so I'll have a spoonful of sunflower seeds and the remaining 30g of chocolate, walk my dog, hit the shower, and call it a day.
 
Just woke up from a nap, brushed my teeth and made coffee. Plan for today:

Make lunch (two eggs, a bit of bacon, frozen peas)
Apply sunscreen
Wipe the floors with static cloth and mild soap water
Take recyclables out, go buy eggs and store brand blue cheese
Walk the dog
Relax, have snack/dinner
Go to the gym in the evening

I was looking at clothes online, my clothing situation is pretty bad at the moment, and I stumbled a cross a unisex utility kilt type of thing. I think I'll buy it once I have paid all my bills and rent on Friday. (The store doesn't have the option of fitting first, buying later.) Flowery/breezy skirts give me a bit of dysphoria, but it was something I could see a metalhead wearing, and with my thick thighs skirts just tend to have a longer lifespan than pants :D Besides, the material seemed to be good quality, and I could totally see myself wearing it in the years to come while transitioning. With a pair of workout tights under it it should be wearable in the fall and warmer winter days as well, so...
