Picked up the bigger secondhand cage for Heikki. The cage wasn´t in as good of a condition as initially promised but nothing too bad. I did clean it up again at home though because there was some rust and piss stains on it. Now it´s drying out and I need to make the shelves a bit safer and eventually figure out a way to conjoin it to the old cage so Heikki can have a palace proper for the princeling that he is.

Dinner: beef and soy stew.

My brain instantly started imagining how you would combine two cages. Do you need to cut the wire & join them together with cable ties maybe? Would one go on top of the other? Sometimes my brain drives me crazy as it's too imaginative & then other times I'm at peace with it(like now imagining Heikki's palace). I want to imagine your little Prince in his palace. Lucky Heikki. He landed on his cute little feet coming to live with you xo
 
Woke up feeling exhausted so I'll substitute today's aqua jogging for a long walk. The stress of getting the new cage was too much so I didn't sleep too well.

I was really stressed last night about our older son & had a terrible night’s sleep too. We need to be able to adapt for our circumstances as part of our self care.
Breakfast: a handful of walnuts
Good protein.
 
Had a Taco Bell quesadilla, a Coke, loaded fries, and a Taco after my workout.

Now at home, having baked salmon and fresh tomatoes.
 
Feeling sad and a little sore. Will put on my flip flops and go downstairs to smell the night air. Then try to wash and go to sleep. Might need to eat a banana or something, IDK.
 
The walk was helpful. I realized my discomfort is from a migraine, and took my meds. I don´t think I need a banana now, just sleep.
 
I feel for you with migraines. G used to get them, usually after a stressful time & when he got the rare chance to relax. He never came right until he threw up. Hope you can get some respite & some sleep, Arvo xo

Thanks forum mom, I slept well. First the trans clinic stress and now the absolute GOBLIN of a manlet, no wonder I feel like shit and get migraines. Also my friend is now mad at me for saying he's a creep. She probably thought I would turn cis if I got fucked good. (Which the manlet would not be able to do anyway, he sucked in bed and proudly told me he's never given oral in his 38 years of life. That tells volumes about a man.)

Time for coffee.
 
Snack: a banana. Gotta pack my swimming gear and hit the pool. Not in the mood but I know I´ll feel better after.
 
Yesterday was OK food-wise, did end up buying bread and had sandwiches after my 90 mins of aqua jogging. But like, bread is not the enemy. It´s not ideal to live off sandwiches for days on end but after a workout while trying to avoid a migraine - totally fine.

Today started with a banana and walnuts, then I had a spicy chicken griller for lunch after therapy, went grocery shopping and got veggies and a rotisserie chicken which I divided into 5 portions and put in the fridge for later. Now having a box of grapes for a snack and I have some salmon that needs to be eaten today. But I think that right now I´ll just make myself some coffee and sit down for a minute
