Had pineapple after my walk. Heikki was a cutie. Took a shower & moisturized my whole body. It has become an important ritual of self-care and self-respect for me. I'm going to have some congee before I go to sleep. Dunno what I'll put in it for protein yet. I'll go aqua jogging in the morning.
 
Bedtime snack: cold chicken, congee, and 200g of cottage cheese.
 
I'm only 6,5 kg away from the trans clinic being unable to use my weight against me so that's really encouraging! On a walk now, really enjoying myself

This is clearly going to be a sleepless night. If I'm not asleep in an hour, at 3.30, I'll just get up and start my day. Pool opens at 10AM.
 
Yup, no sleep. So having coffee, and I'll have cherries for breakfast once they thaw enough to eat (cherries thaw quicker than mango, pineapple takes the longest to thaw).

EDIT took half a dose of slow release ADHD meds with the cherries and I might actually get a nap...?

EDIT2 nah still no sleep. Too tired to walk though. Will let my body rest.

Being so tired would not help at all with hunger. I want all of the wrong things when I'm super tired. I hope that night walk cleared your head & you have fallen into a deep sleep 🤞
 
Yeah idk with this WL result I'm going to say I can trust my body. High kcal foods aren't "wrong things" and being in constant big deficit will at some point start risking recovery from weight training and long cardio sessions. 🤷🏼 As long as the results keep speaking for themselves...
 
Breakfast: a banana.

I'm gonna have leek and potato soup and chicken for lunch, then gym, shower, vacuum & clean Heikki's cage ✨
 
I experimented a bit by blitzing 2dl of oats, 1 dl of soy protein isolate, 1dl of dry soy mince, 1dl of nooch, 1tbsp of chia seeds, and 1tsp of salt together in my blender. It made three portions of savory porridge ingredients high in protein. One portion is in my thermos mixed with boiling water and it´s going to be my post workout shake today, also added in a teaspoon of tahini into it.

I have two portions of chicken left, both need to be eaten today. Having one portion now as well as one portion of congee. Not really feeling like soup so I think I´ll just have chicken & congee and hit the gym.
 
Had an M-150 energy drink before gym and locker room porridge. Workout was short and exhausting. Almost too tired to walk home
 
At home: portion of cold chicken, and a bowl of leek & potato soup.

Trying out my new Buffalo hightops and boots, and I really really like both. Very comfortable, wide fit, wiggle room for toes and can fit wool socks inside in the winter. Both pairs are a bit squeaky, but that should settle as they are worn more. I love that they have memory foam soles so they feel light to wear despite having a sturdy sole.
 
Good shoes are so important!
I will buy the dove platform sneakers when my money from another purchase gets returned! They wouldn't be a vanity buy: I have one pair of barefoot running shoes, which can't handle moist conditions, and then the platform ones would be for rainy days.

Snack: congee, cherries.
