Sauna was good. Now having avocado, marinated eggs, tomato, and scallions on cold rice. Heavenly. The avocado is perfect, worth the price!
 
Your food sounds delicious, as does the sauna & your busy day with pleasant-sounding social time with puppies. Adulting- :svengo:
 
Oh no. I'm afraid this might be another sleepless night. Going to have some Parmesan and crackers in case I have not eaten quite enough (I do feel hungry).
 
Sleepless night are awful. Hope you nodded off after a bit of food.

Edit: I see you did. Sucks about the nightmares, but still.
 
Breakfast: oat porridge with soy protein, PB, and blueberries. Have an online meeting with the boss of autism assistance folks (plan for this year´s care etc) and after that I´ll walk to the city center for more canvases, it´s -11 degrees Celsius outside so a 6km walk in that weather is a reasonably good exercise!
 
Bought one canvas and one wooden base, had a veggie toast and coffee, and walked back home. I was dressed well so the cold really didn't bother me 😆. Feeling a bit tired/ in a slump but I'll try to hoover and get some food prep done before my group at 5pm!
 
Prepped five portions of soup (lamb sausage, chick peas, a ton of veggies & spices), two portions of rice, and five pickled eggs. Now having soup with rye bread, two Brazil nuts, and a little bit of Parmesan, and a small bowl of pineapple for dessert!

Group starts in 30 mins, after that my friend will come pick me up so I´ll brew myself a cup of coffee before the group!
 
I´m HUNGRY. Just got home, the visit was great. Had a small portion of rice, five falafels and a marinated egg as a starter. Definitely need more carbs! I think I´ll make mashed potatoes with oat cream (I´ll prep a larger batch). While the potatoes are cooking, I think I´ll have 200g of cottage cheese. I could eat cardboard, it´s -12 outside now and I´m RAVENOUS
 
Had the cottage cheese while waiting, and am now having mashed potatoes and green peas. Yum. After this I think I´ll pass out lol. There´s one big portion of mashed potatoes cooling on the countertop to be fridged & enjoyed later :)
 
Ate 4 slices of rye bread at 4am and finally fell asleep.

Breakfast: lamb sausage, chickpea and veggie soup, two slices of rye bread.
 
Lunch: mashed potatoes, falafels, fried portobello mushrooms, scallions, and a small bowl of cherries, pineapple & mango. Went to the supermarket and pharmacy. After I´ve eaten it´s gym time!
 
Gym was GREAT, I felt like a beast. On my way home I bought a Taco Bell spicy chicken griller, at home I went to the sauna, and am now having cold rice + RAF tomato + avocado + sauerkraut + two marinated eggs. Meeting in 20 mins; I feel happy.
 
Other than being awake until 4 am, it sounds like a good day :)
