I also found an interesting recovery program called SMART Recovery, it´s evidence-based and relies on CBT techniques. I forgot it existed but when I had a longer stint sober earlier this year, I would leaf through those materials and found them to resonate with me. I like how the program focuses on behaviors and the idea that we CAN do something about them - instead of focusing on the person as faulty. It´s not aimed at any single substance or behavior, it can be used for improving all kinds of behavioral issues, so I might actually find some help regarding my eating disorder. They do speak of addictions of course, but I find it very nice that they don´t use stigmatizing language. They have materials and online groups https://www.smartrecovery.org/
