I'm OK, ordered pizza. Dog-tired though. Slept through the pizza delivery. Only 15 mins according to the app, still humiliating. More sleep is needed.

I think I´ll be fine. I´m still dog-tired but stopped throwing up around the noon. No appetite but a day without food isn´t a killer for someone in my age. I have some potassium tablets in my medicine cabinet and I´ll try to eat something salty this evening before I go to sleep. I have some liver casserole and yesterday´s veggie pizza (and a lot of other stuff but I doubt I´m fit enough to cook).
 
Yay I managed to shower and get a cup of coffee inside me! No appetite still and I´m really tired & cold but better than yesterday. I´ll take out the trash soon and see how walking feels. I think I might be able to go to the grocery store if I wear a mask and sanitize my hands, if memory serves, stomach bugs are most contagious during the onset of the illness. I have the waist of a skinny legend lol. (OK that´s an ED thought but I try to find humor in the situation)
 
Running up the walls is frustration is definitely worse that a slow walk around the block. Glad to hear you're feeling a bit better!

Thanks! Started watching "Andor" on Disney+ and I´m too fucked up to really follow the plot. Let Heikki out for his daily run and it´s super stressful to try and keep up with him in this condition but I´m glad I could do this at least. I have to clean up his cage tomorrow.

I think he understands! He was so cuddly when I let him to run. Time to try and get sleep. I had some leftover pizza but everything tastes like cardboard, yuck

Guys, wish me luck, I decided to have a sober 2023 with a stealing start AKA from this day to the end of 2023. I have no idea if I can succeed but I truly want to. I'm middle-aged and after losing two relatives to booze... Yeah.
