Floater's diary

Woke up at 8, happy as a clam. I drank three beers last night while watching "House of the Dragon". I´ve done some cleaning and I checked my tax info, everything´s fine on that front. Breakfast was two fried eggs with cheese, I have some mango and pineapple thawing on the countertop. In the afternoon I´ll go visit a friend. I think today´s going to be great.

I´ve decided to book a hairdresser appointment to have my year-old ratty balayage bleached out. Perhaps I´ve been consuming too much Targaryen-related content but I want to start the new year platinum blond. I also have a photo shoot coming up on 21. Jan for an art photography project about transmasculine folks, so I obviously want to look presentable for that. I´ll ask my hairdresser if they have any January discounts coming up; if not, I´ll get the bleaching done in December, if yes, then obviously in January. I´m getting my sides buzzed on Fri so I´ll be wiser then. I just really really want to pamper myself a bit.
 
Sounds great! Both the relaxed day and the hair plans. Curious to hear more about the art project once it gets closer.
 
It was nice seeing my friend but leaving my home and its immediate surroundings left me in a shutdown state. Never thought I'd say this but right now I fucking HATE being autistic. I feel so cut off from normalcy.
 
Met my ex and we vaped some weed so currently all is well in the kingdom and I'll have some peas, cheese, and polenta before bed
 
I'm not sure that "normalcy" exists. I hope you start feeling better about getting out. I'm happiest at home in my comfortable, familiar environment but know I need to get out too. It's much harder some days than it is on others. I appreciate being home so much when I get back. Sending you a great big hug xoxo
 
Woke up happy. Bought some groceries, including two "Thai Cubes" (reminds me of the horror movie The Cube lol) which are basically frozen Thai takeout, for the lack of a better description. For microwave meals they are quite expensive, 4 euros each, but they taste good and I have found them to be a lifesaver in high-stress/low functionality situations. I also ordered some Taco Bell which should arrive in 20 mins because I wanted to spoil myself a bit :3
 
4€ for a quality ready meal is pretty good. Most ready meals suck and having something for those hard days is so valuable. I don't think we have Taco Bell here, but I hope you enjoy!
 
Having tasty ready-made meals in the freezer is so handy. They sound worth 4 euros. I love tacos but have only eaten them a few times. I love the soft ones & had some on Sunday. Yum!
 
Slow day, as often after therapy. Going to the supermarket soon for some ribs and I also need to buy tomatoes. Ordered sushi last night, it was yummy!
 
Slept weird. I think I'll have a little walk before breakfast. Assistance person comes around 1PM and I plan to clean up and clean Heikki's cage.
 
Going for a walk before breakfast sounds like such a good idea. I never do, but wish I could get inspired. Enjoy your productive day xo
